The room was great. A couple of things were starting to get a bit tired, The TV was old and only playing some dodgy Sky channels. The mirror is starting to de-silver around the edges. I love the fact that all the road facing glass is double glazed, once closed up all road noise is gone. Overall, very clean and tidy and the aircon works! Big bonus.

The room was large and well equipped. The spa barh was great.

Nice and clean unit, good parking

The unit was excellent, well stocked and clean. However the man on reception did not have a very welcoming manner. I'm not saying he was not efficient in issuing the key. A smile would have been nice.

The toilet didn't flush. The grounds were untidy. I've stayed before and it's gone downhill since my last stay.

Checking in was very pleasant. The Owners were very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Accommodation was excellent. Only improvement would be some technology plugs for the work desk area.

Really nice. Very comfortable, has all facilities, cooking etc and perfect for family to stay over. We stayed on our way back to Wellington from Whakapapa fir a night. It is spacious and clean. Recommend

We have stayed here many times over the past 15 years. The mattresses are getting very soft, like past their best now. Slight mould on some window sills, not good for family asthma. Very old smoke smelling reception area. Still very good rooms and service. Good value and friendly people.

We were just stopping for the night on our way north from Wellington. Huge room with super comfy beds. Lovely and warm despite the chilly overnight temps. Would definitely stay again
