Great location and staff

Very clean, nice bar and great location.

I had the plug and play room. Absolutely not worth it. I ask the receptionist, how do you connect your phone to the system? I was told someone would come, and they never came. That was 4 days of being there. The breakfast was horrible, more like lunch than breakfast. I have a visit come to see me a I was charged $20.00 because they stayed longer than 30 minutes. Which I didnt understand because I had the a friend there earlier for over a hour and was not charge the fee. Find somewhere else to stay.

Rooms are small, especially the rooms with two single beds. the staff fantastic, location is fantastice.

Very helpful and friendly staff, in particular the front desk, Jennifer and Claudia. Breakfast is over the top

Friendly service, Bar/restaurant is a very nice place to hangout and there is a taxi counter by the main door that is awesome

Great place with access to Miraflores.

Loud construction starting at 7am

Excellent location and staff. They let me keep my backpack there while I explored the city for the day. Would highly recommend. I didn’t pay for the breakfast so can’t report on that but it looked nice.

O serviço é muito bem organizado, os colaboradores são extremamente prestativos e tudo funcionou perfeitamente para garantir o nosso conforto. O que poderia melhorar um pouco é ter mais funcionários na hora do café para nos atender. Detalhe: o povo peruano é incrivelmente gentil, educado e recebe os visitantes com uma simpatia natural que faz a diferença.

Good staff

Very convenient location, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet. The onsite restaurant offers tasty and varied food and drinks. Grab and go corner for quick snacks and drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful

I got there early and they were able to check me in an hour early so that was very helpful since I booked a city tour in the afternoon and I just had enough time to dropped off my luggages in my room, change and go!

The room was fine, utilitarian, but clean. Cheap, drying toiletries and no hand towel (you need to use your bath towel to dry your hands). The bigger issue was the disgusting breakfast. It was included in my hotel price, if I had paid extra out of pocket I'd have been pissed. The only eggs they had were similar to runny egg drop soup in the "Asian section" of the buffet. Gross. Flavorless cut fruit, juices from concentrate, ambiguous milk jug mixed in with identical looking yogurt jugs, bland food, it was the most sub-par hotel breakfast I had my entire time in Peru. Yuck.

Basic room. Just stayed the one night.
