Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned too daily. Only things to watch out for (depends on your preference is): 1. Check out time at 11 2. Lack of breakfast options (I lived on broken up baguette whilst I was there) 3. There is no key card (you got a passcode) - luckily i didn’t lose the paper

Great stay here however our room was extremely warm and air conditioning did not seem to work. The area around it is a little dodgy but fine to walk around in the day time.

The place matches photos and description. People working there are friendly and competent. The bed was really good. A reliable place to stay in Marseilles.

We were in La Timone area for 6 days, due to an emergency situation. Due to the quick decision required, I chose a different acommadation. I wish we had taken the B&B hotel. The staff on each shift were pleasant. The room was clean and well laid out, with a spacious, modern shower. There are basic but tasty dinner options available at a good price. The breakfast is varied and unlimited. It is a good location for buses and Metro.

Due to location near hospital expected sirens all night long but not so. Modern designed hotel. Efficiently laid out room with good A.C. Only killed one mothlike bug in the night

B&B Hotel is an excellent value for the money. Breakfast is excellent. I would recommend that everyone book the hotel with breakfast. My only suggestion for improvement would be adding a small refrigerator to each room.

Well located next to the hospital, but therefore expect to hear ambulances. Bathroom smelled a little like urine. Otherwise room was fine, service staff was friendly, and the overall stay and breakfast were fair to the price.

The staff at check in was very nice and accommodating as he let guest check in early when room was ready.

Nice and clean for short stay

staffs were nice and friendly , bed was comfy but area was a bit noisy.

The rooms are great; however, they sometimes had high humidity which resulted in an odd smell.

It is local to a metro station so very easy access to the centre. The room was clean the staff were very helpful and welcoming. I'd happily stay again. Only negative is the shower is completely open with no door so the bathroom can get quite wet, maybe a rubber grill or something to help as the mat made little difference

The hotel room was really comfy with strong A/C in the summer. Staffs at the counter were always friendly and nice. Just a 5-min walk to the subway station which takes you to all major attractions. There’s also a supermarket near the subway entrance. The only thing wasn’t so good was the bathroom: the edges of the sink was molded/ found a mysterious brown stain on a new roll of toilet paper when I first entered the room...hummm.

The area is not nice, but the B and B itself is lovely. Comfortable good sized room, big bed, double glazing, friendly and helpful staff.

Those at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They knew English which was a plus as my French needs help😊

It always helps to have a friendly welcome and a receptionist with a sense of humour. From the moment I was served the lady could not have been more helpful. At breakfast she remembered me and talked through everything and also asked if we needed anything else even though it's a self service breakfast. Then wished us a safe journey before we left.lovely lady.
