The hotel is very clean, very close to the Four Seasons Hotel. You can have a makeup artist come in to do your makeup for the evening wedding. The staff are lovely and give good advice. Will definitely use the service again.

A nice and comfortable hotel in the middle of Bangkok city. nice lobby, delicious breakfast menu, clean and comfortable rooms, cold AC, bathroom quite spacious and clean, warm water works very well. Clean rooftop swimming pool on the 9th floor, you can see the sunrise and views of Bangkok city, love it. The hotel's location is strategic, close to 7-11 mini markets and BTS Saphan Taksin station so it's easy to go anywhere, lots of varied street food snacks typical of Thailand, The hotel staff was very friendly from the beginning of check in to check out, always greeting from behind the receptionist desk and asking how our day was in Bangkok? how about Thai food? I'm said "aroi mak mak phi" hihi every time we come home from touring the city of Bangkok. 🫶🏻 I forgot to ask the name of the friendly & funny receptionist, unfortunately when we checked out he was not on duty hihi, Sawadhikap phii, I hope you are always healthy and always successful. one day I will come back to this hotel to stay🥰 khap khun khrap ✨

I am very dissatisfied with the security guard who was on duty at night taking me to the parking lot and sending me up to my room. He spoke rudely and harshly to customers. I am very very dissatisfied.
