Second time staying there. This time was a one bedroom facing a courtyard with a nice small terrace. I liked that a lot. Felt quieter than the previous two bedroom having the street i had months ago. Area is pretty good. Several subway lines around. Check-in process is thru machine so if there's a problem with a credit card or document reading it's a hassle especially when assistance is not available ( they are not 24x7) A couple of points taken because: 1. Floor es dirty. I like to take care of places and walk barefoot and noticed it immediately. 2. Kitchen had bare minimum cups which were dirty as well. While maybe guests are supposed to clean what they use with a tiny kit provided i think that the staff needs to do ensure the dishware is clean. No dishwasher or washing machine. So just a bedroom and living room and bathroom. Large, however, as apt goes. 3. Wifi unfortunately did not work. It's stronger in the apt facing the street. That is definitely something to fix ASAP for people like me who need to work from the apt while Barcelona is incredibly expensive now for stays, this place was at the time the most affordable but still pricy.

The apartment was very nice, excellent location for what we needed. A/C worked very well. Our only issue was that the WiFi didn’t work while sitting on the couch. No big deal but something that should be looked into. We would recommend it.

The place is fantastic! Excellent location, quiet at night. Just one thing, if you are given a room on the 3rd floor, the WIFI will be on and off, other than that, it’s perfect! If you go in summer, make sure the A/C is functioning, cause ours was blowing air, but it wasn’t cool enough. Overall, it’s a great place, I would definitely stay there again.

I wouldn't recommend if you are traveling with family. Poor communication, booked the hotel and didn't get check-in instructions for next 3 days. Had to involve experis customer service to get a response from them. Apparently their hours of service are very limited and no one on weekends. Secondly, very inflexible on check out. Checkout is at 10:00 am probably the only hotel who does that. We asked for late check out and was denied. Not even 15 minutes extra. On top of that, the manager started knocking on our door at 9:50 literally, 10 minutes before check-out. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Clean, good location to sagrada familia and torre glories. Lots of food and shopping establishments. Has elevator but need to go up a step to get to front entrance, so not wheelchair accessible. Even though they are apartments, they lack everyday essentials like a toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils like a spatula, tissue paper, colander, cutting board. Offered only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 ppl for 3 nights. Had to ask for more toilet paper. However, host was responsive to requests.

This place is a nice clean apartment and perfect for 2-3 people. The main bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a single. Good functional kitchen with a stove and fridge. We sat in the living room all nights relaxing after walking all over the city. Great porch you can walk out to from the living room. Air conditioning works well the space is quiet at night and sage. 1. Check in will probably throw a few people. Good communication from the host. A four-diget code and the button on the left (think cell phone) will get you in. They say the button is marked "A" but it is hard to see. 2. The registration machine works well. Take your time. Make sure you do it in your own language. Position your IDs properly to avoid glitches. When you pay fee, you can tap the card on the underside of the opening above credit card slot. The key to your room pops out on the side, not the front with your receipts. 3. We used the concierge to bag check. He is a good guy. He takes lunch break from 2-4 im the afternoon so be aware of that. Great breakfast place around the corner. The subway station is two rights out the front door (no crossing street). We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean and nice. Location is very convenient. It was even better than expected. Only one issue we had: some confusion with checking in process. I would recommend adding apartment number and explanation about the separate entrance for apartments and for registration kiosk to the e-mailed instructions

Everything was just super. We had an upgrade for the apartment. We were supposed to have a 1 bedroom apt but had a 2 bedroom, we could have had each our room. The only thing that I think should be available is extra pillows.

Clean room, large space, but heating has problems and could not fix at that time. Shopping and Metro nearby.

The property is big, if owner can provide extra pillows(now only 1 soft pillow for each person) and water heater can be big enough for 2 people then will be great.

Todo ha estado bien. La ubicación es excelente. Solo las tazas de cafe no sirven para el microondas y deberían dejar un repasador en la cocina.

Really great apartment hotel! It was in a great location close to everything! Having a kitchen was a budget saver! There are lots of food options around as well as a supermarket!

As other reviews have shared, the check-in process can be annoying. The sign posted outside is that if you arrive before check-in time at 1pm, you can call reception or a phone number for luggage storage with the concierge. We were unable to get a hold of anybody at reception, and we noticed other guests outside with their luggage as well. Once we did get checked-in and access to our room, the stay was great. It was a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living area, and fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen was great, as we had a fridge, microwave, and stove for serving and reheating takeaway. The window blinds can completely blackout, which was great for sleeping when our young child was recovering from jetlag. The location is convenient to multiple metro stops, and within walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Parc de les Glories, and Eixample. It is not a hotel in the traditional sense with 24-hour front desk, toiletries, restaurant or amenities, but if you are looking for a good homeaway for your stay in Barcelona, it is very hard to beat this value.

The apartment was wonderful and the check in process went really well, internet was good. The only negative was the listing stated there was laundry facilities which I was counting on and there wasn’t any. The listing should be changed.
