Roomy room, clean, nice property

Subject: Complaint Regarding Miscommunication and Request for Refund I am writing to formally file a complaint and request a full refund regarding my recent experience involving a reservation transfer between the Marriott Residence Inn and the Fairfield Inn. My reservation was originally made at the Residence Inn through a third-party booking site. Prior to arrival, I called the Residence Inn to notify them of a late check-in. During that call, I was informed that my reservation had been transferred to the Fairfield Inn and was told, verbatim, that “we’ll cover it.” However, no one at that time disclosed how many nights the transfer was for. Upon checking in at the Fairfield Inn, the front desk staff also did not specify the number of nights included in the transferred reservation. Based on the information provided, we reasonably believed that our stay was covered through our original checkout date of Wednesday, October 15. To our surprise, we later received an email on Sunday, October 12, stating that it was our checkout date. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told that the reservation was only for one night. After contacting the Residence Inn again, we were informed that the transfer had only been for one night and that we could return there, information that was never communicated to us at any stage. This series of miscommunications caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and confusion.

The room was nice and the breakfast buffet great with healthy options. The one negative was that our bed was soft and lumpy. Very hard to get a good sleep. Mattresses need replaced.

The tiles on floor were not attached, room smelled like mold, bathroom vent had cardboard blocking fan so it wouldn't let odors or humidity out. Upon arriving they said they didn't have the right room and that they had secured 2 rooms instead but since I was with younger children I couldn't put them in their own room so we had to improvise. They said no one could get in touch as they didn't have my contact info but I am a hotels.com member and they could have reached out instead of waiting till I checked in to tell me of an issue. breakfast was good though.

The studio rooms are amazing the saff was very helpful and respectful the hot tub was nice and the pool are both inside im love this hotel and it is reasonable

Great room. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Parking was ok. Room smelled like someone smoked in it. I was looking everywhere for one of my daughter's toys she got for her birthday and found it in the couch right after I found a half smoked cigar. Keep in mind, this was a couch that folded out to a bed.

Staff was friendly, and helpful. Room was clean. Loved the kitchen area. Will stay there again.

Clean and breakfast was good.

Friendly and easy checkin. Great room. Great water pressure in the shower. Just about a 6 minute drive to anything. Great night stay.

There is no ice in the hotel. You can make ice in your freezer but it makes it super slow. The beds were uncomfortable.

Fabulous, friendly, and efficient front desk staff. The room was great no problems. One problem with the facility in general is that we have a big party of people down below in the patio campfire area that we allowed until past 11 PM. If we stay there again, and we will request to be on the other side of the building.

The room had an ethnic food odor. It made my partner very sick for the entire night.

Rooms great. Kitchen very nice, and Ice maker in Frig a great bonus. Breakfast great. Will be returning end of September, and will be using in the future when in the area.
