Good location. Very helpful staff. Small room and tiny bathroom. No mirror above sink. Guests with motorcycles create loud noises in the morning.

The owner was so friendly and willing to help! Our room was spotless! Had a cool, chill, family vibe to it! Would definitely book Again❤️🤗

The stay in this property was very nice. The owner is very friendly and absolutely delightful. She answered all the questions and helped with the laundry as well The suite (2 bedroom) was more than sufficient for our family of four (4 adults). The beach is a 5 minute walk away, and in 10 minutes you will get to a plethora of dining options. There is a convenience store a minute away. And the neighborhood was quiet during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Paihia and the stay here

I think this property is more suited to much younger people than my 72 years. I didn’t realise this when booking. No television in room not good. Also the base of the shower was very slippery when wet. Lovely man at reception.

Good stay. I was in a one room suite and enjoyed the accommodations as well as the staff. The place has more of motel vibe. Wished there was the ability to lock items in a space in the room.

For almost $150 the room was very small, and very warm. No airconditioning, not even a fan. The place is a youth hostel and older adults should not even think about staying there.
