It is fairly a good hotel, clean room, hot water was good and come out after 2-3 minutes. Mattress is hard which is very common among Chinese traditional believer that hard mattress is better for our health (I don't have any idea whether it is true or not). Location is good, close to Central Market Phnom Penh, close to national road No. 1 (Monivong Blvd). Breakfast was humble, with a corner of western breakfast (typically bread, egg, croissant, etc). While oriental breakfast was also humble, where there was rice porridge with its condiment, fried noodle which taste good, steamed sweet corn, steamed sweet potato, fried fish, pork, and simple vegetable. It was enough for a three star hotel in a medium size city Phnom Penh that not long time ago suffered from civil war. I think it was not a bad choice for USD 32 per night. Recommendable.
