The staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was lovely with a stunning view and the food (dinner and breakfast) were brilliant. We appreciated the free drink for our honeymoon.

Hotel is outdated. Reception staff not very competent; friendly though. No answers at easy questions (is there a soccer field in Fulpmes?). Really nice sauna. Mr Botond (Service) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Kitchen not great. Very nice surroundings.

Great place to go with kids. The pool and play areas are fantastic. Close to restaurants and very interesting location next to horse ranches. Parking is a little tight, but there is indoor and outdoor parking available.

Enjoyed sauna and swimming pool, temperature of water was perfect for kids. Food was delicious and kids enjoyed ice cream in evenings. We took half board but with soup option 15 to 17 I would call it full board. Another advantage is kids space.

This property exceeded all my expectations. Wonderful accommodations. Wonderful staff. Half board option was well worth the extra price. Included Stubai card allowed us to enjoy all the transportation and attractions that the Stubai Valley has to offer.

We loved the hotel. Personnel were amazing, friendly, professional and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast and daily dinners with half board were excellent and served by very professional and hard working servers. We extended our stay because it was such an enjoyable experience. The local Stubai card was a very useful and welcome addition as it provided access to transportation, cable cars, the tram and swimming plus more. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice family hotel in the beautifull small village in the mountain region. Smaller wellness area, but enough for the guests count. Kitchen and the food was delicious - recommending the Half-board

Really nice hotel

Welcoming and friendly staff throughout. Always helpful -even called mobiles to check we were ok when late for dinner. Food varied and excellent - presentation and quality on half board was superb. Facilities excellent bar, swimming pool and sauna. Very impressed with the whole start. Parking easy and free. Room in keeping with Austrian style - not the most opulent but clean, well furnished and basics there. No air conditioning in room and bed a little uncomfortable.

This is the second time my young children and I have enjoyed a stay at this hotel. The staff, as always, is friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location with uninterrupted views of the mountains. The breakfast and dinner selections are plentiful and delicious. This hotel is very clean and has many amenities. Our hotel stay also included the Stubai Pass which can be used for the cable car rides, water park, train/bus connections, and other excursions in the area. The pool is very serene and warm. The indoor play area is huge, and a great place for the kids to burn off some reserve energy before dinner. We will gladly stay at this hotel again in the very near future.

We loved out stay at Sport Hotel Cristall, the location was breathtaking and the hotel itself was so clean and had everything you needed and more. The food was so good and so was the service. Everyone we came in contact with was so nice and welcoming. The view was amazing and the hotel was the cleanest we have ever seen. We would stay here again in a heart beat, we loved every minute of that place!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Sporthotel Cristall. Here's why: The hotel is beautiful, charming, spacious, and clean. Located only about 30 minutes from Stubai Glacier on a hill with an incredible view of the Alps. The city of Fulpmes where the hotel is located is walkable with plenty of dining/shopping options. The service was outstanding- everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They knew my name and it was a very personal experience. I was not just a room number. Very pet friendly- I brought 2 medium size dogs with me and had plenty of space in the room. There is a huge field to take them potty just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel even called me the day before we checked in to speak to me about doggie beds for my pets and ensure they were comfortable too. Food in the restaurant was amazing!! I purchased the half board option so dinner was included. Every night was different and the service was wonderful. The spa area and pool is very clean and nice.
