This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel

everything was perfect except that the outdoor pool was out of commission due to construction - we really wished it had been available -

Leaking AC. They offered a new room, I accepted. After two hours of not being assigned a new room, I decided to stay in the room with the leaking AC, because I had two kids that needed to sleep (it was past 22:00). The following day, I went out in the morning, came back at night to find out that NO ONE FIXED IT DURING THE DAY BECAUSE I DID NOT ASK!!!

Room was clean and ready for me to check into early. Housekeeping was good but cut corners and did not refresh everything as I would have expected.

I was expecting more from this brand, there wasn’t even courtesy water or it wasn’t indicated to us clearly that if there was or weren’t. The bathroom was very small specially the shower the dimensions are not optimal. The pool was not as seen as attractive as the pictures and it felt more for exercise than lounging. For highlights, the breakfast was great, the bed was very confortable and the staff was friendly. But if you’re looking for something closer to tourist destinations, you might want to consider something closer to the center like Paulista or another place.

From staff to room and amenities all was excellent

1- internet issues - our phones didn’t get good internet access, and when we complaint, we received a call almost mid night from a third party vendor to test it. 2- Shampoo dispenser was not working and the hotel never replaced it. 3- We left a white tape in the shower space, and it was never removed, since the first day of the stay, so that space has not been cleaned or sanitized since then, until the end of the week, that we left the hotel.

Amazing room

All was good apart from the young lady at reception she was rude the management needs to give lessons on manners when speaking to customers and also English lessons as a lot of english tourist travel to brazil frandez was excellent at reception helped anyway possible breakfast was good enjoyed my stay.

Comfortable, close to city airport, full of dining option inside and outside the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, the toilette non very big but clean and modern. Much appreciated the availability for free of the slippers and the bathrobe.

There was construction going on across the street, but the sound was well dampened by the windows and only obvious when the windows were open. Hotel is centrally located, with short walks to restaurants and small shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though there is no concierge. Breakfast and the bar were great.

New and modern rooms. Friendly and helpful staff with English communication. Had slight issue with English communication at the bar area. The drinks were not what we were use to in the way they made them. Good cleaning staff.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only negative was getting English on our TV in the room.

Convenient location super friendly and helpful staff. Loved the lifts!

Was excellent

We had a good time at the hotel. The staff were helpful and kind. Damares and Flavio are excellent employees. Anytime I had a question, they always made sure that I got an answer. Thank you so much for all of your help!
