stayed at this hotel before 2020 and have returned since—and I can really see the improvements. The rooms have been renovated, and the kids' club has been redone. It's now well-suited for younger children, with toys and a jumping area, and there's also a section for older kids with arcade games. They even offer a STEM program for teenagers, which is a great addition.
My favorite part is the pool area: it includes thermal water, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, various saunas, and even fish pedicure. Most of the rooms face a green garden, so it's peaceful and not too loud.
The hotel offers half board with a breakfast and dinner buffet. The food is decent, and they do cater to dietary needs—you can find gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk, for example.
They also provide a range of massages, gymnastics sessions, beauty treatments, and even dental services on-site.
The only downside was my experience with the sales team—they seemed unsure about the pricing and forgot to mention some discounts that were clearly listed on the website.
Overall, I really liked the hotel and would definitely return.
