Hotel is very nice and modern. The food was amazing, fresh and very tasty with dietary options available. The only thing that slightly disappointed us was that the outside pool was out of order. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

stayed at this hotel before 2020 and have returned since—and I can really see the improvements. The rooms have been renovated, and the kids' club has been redone. It's now well-suited for younger children, with toys and a jumping area, and there's also a section for older kids with arcade games. They even offer a STEM program for teenagers, which is a great addition. My favorite part is the pool area: it includes thermal water, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, various saunas, and even fish pedicure. Most of the rooms face a green garden, so it's peaceful and not too loud. The hotel offers half board with a breakfast and dinner buffet. The food is decent, and they do cater to dietary needs—you can find gluten-free bread and lactose-free milk, for example. They also provide a range of massages, gymnastics sessions, beauty treatments, and even dental services on-site. The only downside was my experience with the sales team—they seemed unsure about the pricing and forgot to mention some discounts that were clearly listed on the website. Overall, I really liked the hotel and would definitely return.

This hotel Is the best choice if you want to relax and take care of your body, this is my second Summer here, you can have many swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), medic pools, sauna and steam, even a small Gym! There are many free activities during the day for Kids and adults and the food Is very good! The staff is professional and efficient

We are so happy that we chose Hotel Europa Fit Superior Heviz for our company retreat March 27-30, 2025. The manager, Koroncz Eszter, is very professional and attentive. All the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable. We used the conference room every day, and it was perfect for our needs. We also enjoyed the spa a lot. The food is very delicious, with a great variety. We definitely recommend this hotel for both business and private holidays!
