Oto propozycja bardzo pozytywnej opinii: --- Pobyt w hotelu SPA Lambert był absolutnie wyjątkowy i *przekroczył wszelkie oczekiwania*! Już od pierwszych chwil dało się odczuć *profesjonalizm obsługi* – uprzejmość, życzliwość i zaangażowanie personelu na każdym kroku sprawiały, że czułem się naprawdę dopieszczony. Pokoje nieskazitelnie czyste, codziennie perfekcyjnie przygotowane. Czystość w całym obiekcie – zarówno w częściach wspólnych, jak i w strefie wellness – na najwyższym poziomie. Na ogromne uznanie zasługuje również *jakość jedzenia* – różnorodne, świeże, idealnie przyprawione dania, zarówno śniadania, jak i kolacje. Wybór zadowoli nawet najbardziej wymagających. Hotel oferuje też *bogaty wybór atrakcji*: wspaniałe SPA, basen, jacuzzi, sauny, zabiegi, strefa relaksu i organizowane animacje – wszystko przemyślane i dopracowane. Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo blisko do promenady i morza. W okolicy sklepy z pamiątkami oraz Biedronka. Obsługa bardzo miła. Bardzo dobre śniadania. Dostępny basen, jacuzzi, piłkarzyki, bilard i ping pong. W pokoju szlafrok, czajnik z kawą i herbatą oraz woda w butelkach. Dostępne animacje dla dzieci. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony i godny polecenia hotel.

It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. The parking situation was also very weird. Not good!!!!!

We stayed during offseason and enjoyed the beach almost all to ourselves. Our balcony had a million dollar view, and a bicycle and hiking path connected the hotel to Kolberg. The fitness facilities were fine for relaxation after a day of hiking. (A jet stream in the pool made it possible really to swim despite its small size). The breakfast buffet offered good variety, including freshly prepared crepes. Finally, the massage treatments were really excellent. Although the town was largely closed for the season, we found a nice restaurant (Pestka Restauracja, ul. Wiejska 2, near the village church) that we will surely visit again during our next stay.

Overnight stay on route between Gydnia and Swinoujscie and decided the beach would be nice. Booked 3 rooms and despite Hotel being almost empty we were put in rooms furtherest from the ocean. Thankyou. The internet in the rooms did not work and could not be fixed so had to use the public area. With other establishments closed we had no choice but to eat dinner in the overpriced Hotel. The fresh nalesniki for breakfast put a little smile on the face but not enough to recommend the Hotel.

The hotel is nicely situated but that's it. The parking is too small and we did not get the parking spot. We had to park on the street and carry on our suitcases to the hotel. There is nobody to help you with the luggage. The room was ok but to get the air conditioning you have to call the reception because it is centrally operated. We had a very disappointing experience at the restaurant. We were waiting for our dishes (simple salads) more than 1 hour. We asked for bread several times but we only got olive oil. The waiter was rude. To sum up, it was a very "socialist" approach.

Wieczorem nie można było otworzyć okna wlatywał dym pobliskich domów przy drodze. Okolice bardzo fajne. Pokój wymaga liftingu.

Sehr freundlicher Zimmerservice. Top Sauberkeit. Parkplatz gut bewacht jedoch die Gebühr etwas zu hoch.

The staff was “as if they didn’t care” Unfriendly receptionist. Waiter that led you to the bar, and gave you a drinks menu card, when I asked for ala cart menu in the restaurant. Didn’t bother, when I pointed it out and left.
