The room is simply decorated, and the cost of the hotel is too higher than its own value. Not recommended.

飯店景色優美，且飯店旁即有腳踏車租借服務，非常方便。但餐飲的選擇性較少，可能必需開車前往市區。

The room and facilities were great but the food was terrible. Unfortunately there aren’t any other places in the area to eat, so you’re stuck with the hotel food. Dinner was undercooked and smothered in gravy. Breakfast was cold.

泳池沒溫水是一個缺點，畢竟是渡假飯店，山泉水一樣可以經過加熱系統，建議參考老爺酒店之設施，遊客在冬季一樣可以盡情享受玩水設施。

入住Villa 615房，跟我上次入住差異很大，泳池雜物很多，感覺很久沒整理過，跟本不敢下水，床架可能滿老舊的，睡覺翻身都會機機叫，很難睡。早餐不行，菜色差，好像2星飯店的水準，感覺都是醬菜，超市小饅頭土司類，這麼高的收費連麵都要自己煮。浴巾很舊，浴室蓮蓬水量不足，兩人入住牙刷只有一組，電影螢幕還有四條線。停車場感覺也是挺破的，幾年前住日暉大Villa, 感覺很棒，這次本來很期待，滿失望的，真的退步了，誠心建議貴飯店調整一下。謝謝。

Nice resort in eastern Taiwan. However, must pay extra for outdoor spring water spa.

Needs an upgrade. Not worth it price-quality wise. Stayed only one night. Advantage of hotel was that it’s near the cycling area and you can rent a bicycle at hotel and cycle around from there.

此次入住3天2夜的公爵別墅，一開始進去都還好，只是覺得有點老舊。 後來發現問題： 我們有4大1小，訂房時也有寫在訂單，但備品只有準備4人份 淋浴間排水不良，洗到一半時，腳底的水一直淹上來，很怕淹出淋浴間，第二天早上請飯店處理，結果還是沒有改善，更誇張的是房務和工務人員「清理」完後，居然前後門都沒有幫我們鎖上，二樓的床也都沒有整理，我們回來時真的只能用「傻眼」來形容。 二樓臥室空調的面板也有問題，白天時可正常運作，晚上時就所有按鍵按下去都沒反應，連開或關都不行。 所以第二天傍晚，我們跟櫃臺反應這些問題，飯店也只是幫我們換到另一棟，備品一樣只有4份，而且二樓浴室有一股難聞的味道，我們也不想也不太敢再換到另一棟，因爲不知道還會遇到怎麼樣的「驚喜」。 早餐部份第一天很普通，繞了一圈也沒什麼想拿的，第二天有一些菜色變化，比較好吃 整個園區尤其是別墅區的走道燈光很暗，而且路也不平，有一點危險。貴賓室的東西只能說是非常陽春。園區設備也普遍老舊，是看的出來的老舊。 總而言之，對於這次的住宿非常失望，雖然說服務人員都很有禮貌，這點不可否認，而且他們的主管也有在我們退房前來關注，但我們所有人還是覺得這樣的品質真的對不起他們收的費用和號稱的五星級。

Everything was ok during our stay. One little comment no supermarket or convient story in walking distance.

The room is bright and comfortable. There's lot of sports facilities and spare parts. Hotel is close to Mr. Brown Avenue and convient to ride bicycle. The service personnel are very kind but the taste of breakfast is not that good as expected.

The hotel was spacious but the private bathtub was smaller than expected. The TV screen was also a bit small and bad quality. Overall this is a very good hotel and would definitely stay again!

A nicely designed resort hotel with a beautiful natural setting. Areas that can use improvements: (1) the hot spring pool looks like a swimming pool and can use some redesign to give more hot spring flavor, and (2) there is little choice in the dinner menu - no other restaurants nearby.
