Stayed for 3 nights while on business. Found the hotel to be clean and rooms well maintained. Only negative was excessive cigarette butts around the outside patio by the fire pit, but there were no ashtrays nearby so people just flung spent cigarettes around. Bartender was very personable as was front desk staff.

The hotel was extremely loud - on a busy road with minimal setback, many first floor rooms are next to a noisy lobby with guests playing loud music, and the rooms are also directly adjacent to the parking lot so constant doors slamming and cars chirping. I had to move to another hotel to sleep, management to date has been unwilling to issue a refund.

I was a little disappointed that the pool was doing renovations.

The room and common areas of the hotel were spotless and although not exactly walkable, the property is conveniently close to OSU. There are also several good dining options nearby. For an OSU parent, it's an excellent option.

Well appointed spacious room. Shower and toilet are separate. Clean and smelled nice. Check in staff was very polite and welcoming. The parking was almost full when we arrived around 9:45 pm but there were a few spots still available. We were a bit confused with how lights and light switches worked, couldn’t turn on the floor lamp, but decided not to complain because we only stayed one night. Overall quite happy with our stay. Will definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed @ this hotel twice & I like it very much BUT my husband, Jeff is on the Ohio State University Ross Heart Hospital Heart Transplant List !! There were 2 men at the hotel desk when we checked in on Tuesday 4/22/25 & I specifically ask for a Wake Up Call around 5AM bec we needed to be @ OSU Ross Heart Hospital for my husband’s surgery ! We did NOT get a Wake Up Call & that’s not good when you have surgery scheduled for 6AM !!! The hotel is very nice, I like it bec it’s very close to the Heart Hospital !

We had a great stay! Everything we needed was at the hotel. Loved the breakfast as well.

Comfortable stay and friendly staff. We only stayed one night and we were there just for a stay before an appointment in the morning, but everything was smooth and easy. Breakfast was good, and everything was available even when we got there close to the end.

It was sort of noisy. The doors slam shut & I was startled awake a few times. The door also would make clicking noises, so I got up a couple times to make sure nobody was trying to get into my room (nobody was lol)

Clean and the staff was so friendly!

A number of things.. pool was closed even though the website said it would be open. Had a 3min drive to the sister location to go swimming, huge inconvenience for us! Locked out of my room 2 nights in a row even though my key worked to unlocked the outside sliding door to get into the hotel! The front desk lady even came with her machine for the doors and still couldn’t get in. Had to bang for 30min to wake my son up to let me in the room! A/c did not work to full potential! Wet pillow cover hanging on the shower when we first arrived! I will never book again! Staff was super nice!

I have stayed at this Hotel Many Times. There are 3 things that need addressed. (1) The deadbolt and lock on the door in my opinion would not stop a person trying to get in the room. (2) There is.A Very Noisy Train nearby that passes by at night and throughout the day. (3) The hotel charges you for parking. They have a parking lot, not a parking garage. This was not disclosed when I checked in. When i called and demanded that the charges be removed. They so far would not ! I wont be staying here again !
