The hotel was so close to my event

The Staff at St George is Amazing! Its my second time there and I will continue to stay there on future visits. Jose does a fabulous job with the car wash and the housekeeping staff is friendly and attnetive!

Very nice and clean place, although pool is very basic, no microwave, iron, other basic items are included in the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. Their customer service is satisfying however, I wasn't too pleased with the room and room service. The bed was so hard, I had trouble sleeping the nights I stayed there. Also, as far as I know, every hotel should be changing the towels and sheets every time room service comes by to clean up. When room service came to my room, they didn't change the towels or sheets. My boyfriend and I laid the towels on the chair in the room to dry and whoever came by to clean up folded the still wet towels and put them back in the bathroom. I thought they were new, fresh towels but when I came back to my room I noticed the stains and felt them wet. Their air conditioner doesn't have a remote or control settings to manage the temperature or how high or low we want it. Our room would get stuffy and hot many times and although we had the AC on, it wouldn't freshen it up after a while. Overall, my stay was okay.

Place is very affordable, good location, yet rooms are very basic, no microwave, no mini fridge, roaches at the pool area

They say free breakfast but after you must pay for anything.

Basic hotel slow wifi connection noise in the hallway train whistling ever 2 hours hard time falling asleep good breakfast the only thing I like in this property

Nice place, not a 5 star hotel but better than many! Our room was clean.. The bed sheets, the shower... Ect. I appreciated the AC in the rooms... Slept cool & very comfortable. The beds were hard and made no notice which I loved! The small restaurant there has a small staff but they were excellent! Very friendly & freshly made food every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and I will make it my #1 choice when I go to Celaya.

For a last minute reservation before getting to our destination, it was OK. It has good amenities, such as pool, but didn't use it because we had to leave early to continue with our travel. Room was clean, beds are firm, but the street noise starts too early 5 a.m.

Mattress was very firm. Hot water not as hot as US. Did not have to mix with the cold. Cleaned nicely each day. Very good restarant 2 blocks from hotel Alai. Dominos pizza is1 block down. Friendly and helpfull staff. Some speak a little English. Pleasent atmosphere.

the service and food is excellent, stayed there for a quick business trip. Not a fancy place but clean and staff is nice.

When We got there late at night the hotel was closed and we had to knock hard. A security man opened and gave us a key. We had to find the room ourselves. The bathroom door was broken and had to be left open. Worst was that next to the hotel there was maintenance work going on in the middle of the night. No way to be able to sleep. The hotel rates itself with 4 stars, this. Is a joke.

This hotel location was great to visit my family but it was hard to get a good night's sleep because the noise of people talking by the pool kept me up until the wee hours of the morning. The cafe was nice to have breakfast each day. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Buena elección y a buen precio

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y están equipadas, el único detalle es que se escucha bastante el ruido exterior, todo lo demás fué muy bueno en relación calidad precio

En la zona donde se encuentra el, en tiempo de lluvias se inunda la calle y no se puede pasar al hotel, se tiene que meter uno en sentido contrario para acceder al hotel y esto es siempre en tiempo de lluvias
