Excellent hotel!

The staff are excellent and very welcoming and helpful

This hotel is more like a 4 star hotel than 5 star. The location is great and walkable to the Croisette and beach/shops. The room was clean, but fixtures seemed dated. The toilet was in a separate room but you had to walk through closet to get there which was a strange layout and far from the sink. The breakfast did have a lot of options, however the egg dishes were not cooked well (were uncooked and watery) for both my husband and I. We could not eat them. Overall it was an okay stay, but I would not rank it a 5 star hotel

Very nice location. Bed is hard if that is your preference then you are in luck. TV did not work and they were unable to repair but they really did try hard to, just late in the day. Roof top pool was a fabulous place for a cocktail and snack. Allowed us a late check out which was extremely nice.

Wonderful weekend stay at this property. Service was exceptional, staff go the extra mile with great attention to detail, good location with lots to see in the area. Rooms are very clean however decor is a bit tired and needs an update.

I travel a lot and have stayed here the past 3 years. I love that the staff remember you - it all feels very personal and professional. I have no hesitation recommending and will be booking next year as soon as the rates are released. Well done team Five Seas

Good stay

Absolutely wonderful hotel in a great location. The standout for us was how friendly and attentive all of the staff were; they really made us feel welcome and looked after. The breakfast was particularly good and we loved the different cakes (the pistachio cake was delicious, and so were the halves of passion fruit!) The bed was really comfortable and our balcony was large and beautiful - it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Overall a great stay and we would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Cannes.

We stayed in a suite for 5 nights and it was spacious and clean. We absolutely loved the restaurant, pool, and lounge upstairs. The golf cart that took us to the beach club (La Plage du Festival) was very convenient. Room service and ice delivery was very fast. The only thing that could be improved would be the scent of the soaps and shampoo in the room. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel! Superior staff!

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Hotel staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. We had our 2 dogs with us and they were welcomed everywhere but the Spa. Parking was easy. Overall a very good stay at a lovely hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the beach. would stay here again!
