Everyone and everything was outstanding. Best hotel stay ever

Good location and easy to park. The dinner was good and the breakfast decent. I enjoyed my stay there.

Restaurant doesn't open on Sundays. Apart from that all good. Would go back.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The view from our room was spectacular! Unfortunately not a lot of easy parking - we had to park on the roadside.

The staff were helpful, friendly and multi lingual. The triple room was spacious and comfortable , with a good size shower room. Breakfast was tasty and very good value. The town was 5 minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyrd our stay .

This is a great hotel! The rooms are a good size and very comfortable, the location is good, the food was amazing and the kitchen was more than happy to help with any requests (even made a birthday cake for us!) And the staff did everything they could to make our stay a good one. Thanks very much!!

Forget about 5 star hotells in Chamonix...this is the place to stay at! You might miss a television or a hairdryer but the hotel has so much more to offer. Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food and a great atmosphere!!

We had a great stay. The hotel was cozy, full of character and very comfortable. The service was just ehstcwe wanted with helpful staff providing good local information where needed. A great stay

Exceptional service! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and cared for. We have special dietary requirements - veggie+gluten free, and the chef at the restaurant prepared delicious meals especially for us. I cannot thank him enough! The reception staff were also very helpful and as it was our first time in Chamonix made all the arrangements of ski hire and passes absolutely trouble free. The location of the hotel is also excellent - metres from the bus stop if you are with ski boots, and a nice easy walk into town when wearing comfortable shoes. On the last day we had the opportunity to checkout early, enjoy a day of skiing, have a chance to shower and change back at the hotel and wait for our transfer in comfort. The one small issue with the hotel is the fact that it is an old building and the noise insulation is not great. But would still highly recommend and visit again!
