Great staff and wonderful location. Small rooms but then again not spending much time in them

This hotel is very much in the heart of Cologne. We enjoyed having to walk around the area as there are many shopping places to go to. The amenities were great. Everything was clean and updated. Staff were amazing! All were helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean, comfortable and conveniently placed. We had the small room but everything was there that you needed ... just compact. Quiet if windows were closed as some light traffic.

A very nice hotel. Warm welcome. Smart clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious... Highly recommended for a stay in Cologne City Centre. I will choose this hotel for all visits to Cologne.

Good breakfast, clean modern room, friendly staff, ideal location

The stay itself was fine, location good. However, only 8 hours before I left home to travel to the hotel I got an email from them to say my room was cancelled. When I phoned the hotel no one knew why. This left me very distressed as I knew cologne was going to be very busy. Although I’d booked a superior room with twin bed all they were able to give my friend and I was a small comfort room with a queen bed. At that late stage we’d no option but to take it. However we were not reimbursed the difference. Very frustrating and disappointing at such a late stage. Room itself coukd so with a few hooks and shelves to store things

Great hotel that was so central I couldn’t believe it! Brilliant for just walking straight out to the shops or somewhere to eat. But it was still quiet at night. Comfy beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very cute place, loved that a fan was available but maybe to have different pillows. The ones we had were to soft

I think I enjoyed our time in Koeln because we booked at the Garner Hotel. The staff was friendly, accommodating & welcoming. garner was nearby everything we were interested in

Located in a central and convenient area of Cologne close to restaurants and shopping options. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. We needed to store our bags when we checked out. They didn't really have a proper secure place to do so.

The hotel was great. It was hot but there was a fan and windows opened. Breakfast was good, there were several options. Check in was a little long because they didn’t realize I had paid through Expedia and had trouble confirming that. That part was frustrating and my card was charged and refunded.

Central location, comfortable and a free breakfast. Would have appreciated some vegan options for breakfast. Noise can be heard from the street but this quietened down overnight on the Monday. There was an issue with the new fire alarm system on the Tuesday morning but this was resolved after it happened a few times. Would recommend this affordable hotel if not looking for anything extremely special.

Lovely place. Parking was dodgy looking but good price.
