Great location with very friendly staff. Good selection of food in the breakfast buffet (eggs, sausages, meatballs, yoghurts, cereal, salad, etc.). The complimentary waffles with brown cheese from 5-7pm were a nice surprise, giving a nice burst of energy before the midnight sun hikes surrounding the city. Thanks again, hope to stay again soon!

Excellent service during both my stays this summer. The staff is Spanish speaking though skillful enough in English. I had most communication with an Argentine guy, and this guy is so pleasant, helpful and positive that he himself is a commercial for the hotel. Most Norwegians have a lot to learn from this guy.

Booked 1 month in advance for a twin room, arrived I was told no twin room available, Only double, hotel offered to move us until I requested a cab due to amount of luggage told to wait as need permission for the cab. 40 mins later I was told a twin is available and the next guest would be moved.. “Shocking!”.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Great breakfast buffet and we loved the "waffle hour."

Great room, great location. Parking a car was a bit of a drag since I had to park in an underground garage not on premise but other than that it was great! Parking is 3-5 minute walk from the hotel in a sister hotel

Really helpful staff, could not do enough to help and support our stay. Reassurance and guidance as given when we had to order a really early taxi to collect us for our flight home. They even provided a packed lunch/food for the journey as we would be far to early to enjoy the breakfast at the hotel. Complimentary tea and coffee provided all day, with the added bonus of waffles in the late afternoon too. Lovely personal touch. Strongly recommend this quiet downtown hotel. Would definitely book again if I was heading to Tromso.

We were transferred at late notice to sister hotel (Skansen) which didn't meet our expectations in terms of room size or quality. Location was also far less convenient. Staff at Skansen were, though, helpful and friendly. As we had booked three rooms, it wasn't appropriate to initially try and just move one room to the other hotel. We feel this could have been handled far better by the Company.

Wery good breakfast and in the center of Tromsø

Very adequate hotel right in the heart of Tromsø. Staff was professional and very helpful.

The staff was absolutely amazing, very helpful and super nice. A big thank you to the staff who worked breakfast during my stay on the 31\5 who fixed breakfast for me even though I had mistaken the time when it closed. You should take care of them super service minded and really helpful 10/10 from me

Amazing breakfast and access to local restaurants, cafes, saunas and waterfront!

The room is Spartan, to say the least but I knew that coming in. Bed is very comfortable and really all I wanted because don’t really want to spend much time sitting in a room! The staff is lovely and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Nothing was ever empty for more than a second and it was replaced.
