Comfortable clean room. Lovely hot tub and sauna.

King size comfortable bed and the view of the lake from dining area are the only good points of this motel. Poor breakfast, old bathrooms and no stuff stocked are the reasons we won’t go back to this property.

Mice in hotel, very dated and not clean

Rooms were run down, wall paper peeling off walls. We had an exterior door that had approx. 1/2" gap around it letting cold air in mice in. Woke up to our garbage being rooted through by mice. Staff were aware of this problem as they had mice traps under the kitchenet sink. I feel 100% ripped off by this booking and will never book with a Ramada or Wyndham again and will think twice before I use Expedia.

Ataff and food were good however unexpectedly, this hotel is more like a motel. Everything was clean however given the rooms have outside access some trim in the rooms are well worn due to water damage.

This hotel is waterfront and the view is beautiful, I can only imagine it in the summer. The room was large, comfortable and the bedding was heavenly. A spectacular huge walk-in shower was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were friendly and personable. I didn't attend the Spa but the area looked classy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although very basic. I would stay here again if in the area again.

Room was clean,however could use a microwave

The room was in rough shape. The walls, floor ,ceiling and bathroom needed work. I expected a better room for the money spent.

Staff just great. Facilities a bit outdated but clean. Breakfast is great. Nice location.

The curtains in our motel room had holes in them, mirror had hand prints on it, tub had a chip out of it, fridge was dented. Door to riom paint was chipped off. Sheets elastic worn so much didn't stay in bed. Hot tub had foam in it not sure what that was We did not expect to be staying in a motel room adjacent the. main hotel. Very disappinting

Yes door lock didn’t shut and lock correctly. No to sheet on bed, towels were thin.

Everything was convenient to the sports location

Parking at room door. Very close to beach. Beds comfortable.

The web site and the actual resort are not the same. Restaurant was nothing special, our room was not cleaned while we were out all day the garbage was still in the room upon our return. Oh and no face clothes! I asked for some but was told they do not give them to clients because clients in the pass didnt use them appropriately. They used them to clean their boots. When checking out i asked for a paper copy of my receipt but was told because i didnt book my room directly with them i can't have my receipt. I eventually was guven my receipt.

Clean room with great amenities. Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easily accessible.

Stayed at this location a couple of times. Friendly staff, perfect location by the water.

Great view and amenities in the room. I appreciated the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the room.

Stay was fine. Breakfast was good. The room needs a bit of attention. Cannot black out the walkway lighting. Room rather bright, curtians old and have holes. The curtains do not go to bottom of window. Lots of weird insects in room. Some living in the towels. Not is a hurry to go back. Served the purpose fine for a one night stay. The pool and hottub were nice.
