We had a room for three adults, the room was small and furnishings basic but had everything we needed. Room, beds and bathroom were clean and tidy, tea and coffee facilities and hairdryer provided, there was also a fridge. It was very hot during our stay and no fans in the room (didn't actually ask if any available) however able to open bedroom and bathroom windows wide which helped. All in all very basic but excellent value for money and very close to transport links to attractions. We would stay again.

We were on the top floor, first room left at the top of the stairs… Shower head didn't fit in the holder. Flush the toilet and there was no water for the sink or shower. If you were able to get a shower the water changed temp very 20 seconds (very hot to very cold) even though you weren’t touching the taps. Floor/building sloped so when lying down cannot help but roll towards the door. No air-con, which is fine, but don’t offer fans in lieu at request either so didn’t sleep either.

There are really mixed reviews about this hotel, but I found it to be great value, particularly given its central location, between Euston and King's Cross. We had a double room which was compact but fine for a night or two. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

This was a one night stop over before catching the eurostar. Friendly lady at check in. No lifts and very narrow stairs to rooms. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Tea/coffee making in room. The hotel needs some freshening up as it a bit shabby. Very small rooms. The bathroom had a very small wash basin with nowhere to put any toiletries. The shower didn't have any rail to hold the shower head so you had to hold the shower to wash. No hand soap so we had to use the soap in the shower. Not good!! On the whole, this hotel was just good enough for one night but if you had to stay longer you would be living out of your suitcase. The goid point us that it was clean and euston station was at the bottom of the road.

This hotel is very well located near King's Cross station, less than a 10-minute walk away. It's also close to a train station, which is convenient for getting around London. It's a small hotel, and the rooms are very small if you're traveling with your family. The biggest drawback we had was that the rooms didn't have air conditioning, and when we traveled in June, it was very hot at night. Even with the window open, there was no ventilation. You should keep this in mind when choosing this hotel. Otherwise, we were on the first floor, which is convenient if you're traveling with a family like we did and have a lot of luggage, because it's a 5-story building without an elevator, so you'll have to carry your luggage to the room they assign you. Some rooms share bathrooms with other tourists, so make sure you choose carefully if you don't want to share a bathroom.

Clean bedding, very dirty windows but worked for us as the close proximity of st. Pancras, only reason for booking this early rail journey booked very tiny rooms wouldn’t recommend for more than 1 night.

Perfect for the price for getting an early eurostar from st pancras as its a min walk to the station. Hotels in this area offer very small rooms but this was larger than most and had a private bathroom where as some don't in this area. Room was dated with no aircon but was clean and had a private bathroom and tea making materials. It was quiet as well which was good. The main on reception was helpul and cheerful.

Not all rooms have a private bathroom so be prepared. Hotel has no AC and no fans to accommodate. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Super close to St. Pancras Station and our main reason hotel was chosen. Price was a good value for proximity to train station and location.

Good check in and location from kings cross

Clean and comfortable, but SMALL! It did what we needed for 2 nights, but if staying longer there is not much room to unpack stuff for the stay. Location is GREAT! Near the King Cross Station!

This is a VERY basic hotel, though this is reflected in the price. It’s also 6 minutes from Eurostar. You get what you pay for

Room was compact. Room 12 up 4 flights of stairs, quite tight, especially if you have to carry your luggage. Staff did offer to help with luggage, a plus.

The locatiin is very close to St Pancras railway station

Excellent location, very close to Kings Cross/Underground. Had all the amenities (slight issue with a leaky kettle- but i dont use hotel kettles anyway). Lady at reception was very helpful and kind- stored our luggage after checkout and gave us some snacks for our toddler. My only issue was that the room/toilet is quite small, very limited space for movement and to store multiple bags and i feel like all toilets should have enough room on either side to sit comfortably and there was a slight smell on the bottom floor- but for the price and all the other stuff. Definitely worth it and would go back.
