Clean room, nice location. Good heating. Pub is nice too in the bar and restaurant. No fridge in room. Had to use communal “kitchen” for toaster and kettle. No plates or knives in the kitchen. Would stay again before a football game. Would find a different hotel if staying for other reasons.

King Bed was comfortable in room 9, situated at the back of the building so quiet, Ensuite bathroom was quite clean, shower worked well, just no hair conditioner or hand towel. Quiet location away from the main street of Broadmeadow, cafe close by within walking distance for breakfast. Was secure due to the code on the door to access the rooms.

I am still waiting for the refund of the duplicate hotel charge from my Expedia booking. The refund has not been processed yet.

Nice and close to the football stadium and bistro food in the pub was quite good

Room was clean however there was a smell from the bathroom which was quite unpleasant. Amenities such as kettle or fridge were in share area.

Room was clean neat and tidy Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen for guests was very clean. Bar and restaurant were very good . Small onsite parking area but a lot of on road parking available . Definitely will go back if in the area.

The stay was great room was good and clean and staff member that greeted me was great

Bit noisy due to the music downstairs and other guests. Great location and price for what i needed.

Shared a pub room with my son for a weekend and had a great time. Pub was nice and clean, room was as expected for a pub room, but was very clean and quiet. We will be back again!

The room was clean, easy access, and proximity of parking was great. The only thing that was really disappointing was the lack of a fridge in the room I had to buy a make-shift esky and ice each day to keep drinks etc cool

No fridge in room, old carpet smell, air-conditioning did not work at all, old bed and uncomfortable. Non soundproof rooms means you can hear everything. Ty v too small. Great location but someone was using a drill at 3.30-4am in the mornin.

Lovely spot to go and stay when going to the football

Is what is advertised. Would be nice to have a jug in the room to make a morning coffee as walking down the hallway to kitchenette uncomfortable. Room clean and very comfortable. Close to amenities, shops and cafe.

Very basic facilities. No fridge in the room, or jug for making tea and coffee in the room. Nowhere to put your suitcases, my wife had to put hers on the bedside table and mine on the floor. A little shared kitchenette down the end of the hallway with only a little shared barfridge, which is inadequate and inconvenient. We were disappointed with the room and considering the price , probably wouldn't stay again

Not worth the price. Room smelt strange. Very misleading photographs, there are 0 amenities in this room, and no breakfast facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very run down and shabby. Definitely not worth $180 a night. Very disappointing.
