Hotel has no parking, rooms have no hot and cold water

Old hotel, the corridors between the rooms have large doors blocking, very inconvenient to move around. The corridor is dark and old, my room was given A616 but when I opened the door, there were still people living there, it was not cleaned yet, then they asked to upgrade and change to another room but to a room with 2 beds, the facilities in the room were only equal to a motel, not a 3-star hotel. I don't know about other rooms, but mine was a closed room, no windows, a normal toilet, generally looking like a normal motel level, not up to the standard of a 3-star hotel. The breakfast buffet had only a few dishes, a lot of fried food, few dishes and not delicious. Families with small children and a little money should book another hotel for a difference of 100-200k but it was still better, the room I booked was 541k, if possible, everyone should try to add 200k for a price of 700-750 to get a better hotel. I accidentally booked here, so I only stayed 1 night and had to move to another place to stay. There are not many Chinese tourists here. There is only one place near the beach and food. Nothing else.

Small parking space, parking in front of the hotel gate, because the hotel is currently repairing the front, so it can only park 3 cars lengthwise, if you arrive early, there will be a parking space, but when you use the car, you have to wait for the cars behind to back out before you can move. If you arrive late and there is no parking space, the hotel will guide you to the parking lot (200m from the hotel) and park for a fee. The overnight parking fee for cars is 100k/night. 2. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, you can hear the conversation outside.

I checked in late so even though it was the same price, I was not satisfied with the view of my room. The staff's service was okay. I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know.

The sea view is nice and unobstructed. Walking distance to the beach is quite close. Right next to the square so it's crowded, there's shopping and eating but the price is expensive. The hotel is a bit old, minimally equipped. The TV has a few channels and is not smart. The room has no balcony, the windows are sealed so it's a bit stuffy. Breakfast is normal, enough food but not diverse and quite cold.

The room given to the guest lacked a refrigerator as described. I booked 2 rooms for 2 days here but both lacked a refrigerator. My group checked in at night so the receptionist said the refrigerator would be brought to the room the next morning. But at noon the next day when we returned to the room, there was only 1 room with a refrigerator. The parking lot in front can accommodate 4-5 cars, the first car to arrive will park, otherwise they will be directed to a nearby parking lot.

Management and procedures have some problems. At 2pm, there were still no rooms available for guests. And the hotel did not have parking as stated in Traveloka's information. Staff had good attitude, convenient location.
