Great option for a short stay. Right on the edge of the desert with easy access.

This is a beautiful property and very baby friendly. The staff made our stay very special. Highly recommend this place if you are in Merzouga!

Perfect

We were 4 friends and had 2 nights stay, literally they are charging you +-200$ per night for their Swimming pool, everything else is bad. The staff is not supportive and very negative people, Sahara Desert and they don't offer any water at all. The charged us 20dh/2€ for water bottle many times because we had no option in the desert . THE AC was on for 24 hour straight and it wasn’t cooling so we had to clean the filters by ourselves.

Property was beautiful. Staff weren’t really very helpful. Would have liked some info on tours as I had previously asked about on WhatsApp. Ended up booking stuff with someone else

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Kanz Erremal! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We really love the ambiance especially the pool with the saharas was just in the front. We love the amenities and were our room is located Some of the staff are nice but we noticed while we are relaxing outside at eating breakfast they kept on looking on us like we are not allowed to be free.. The room was spacious and unique but not enough light. The toilet set is moving when we are urinating and doing no 2. We are disappointed with the dinner. Was too expensive for just a basic appetizer and the dessert was plane banan, apple and dry orange juice with no presentation at all that why all the guest who had the dinner with us didn’t touch the fruits they served.

Amazing amazing amazing! The staff the culture the vibe, they made us feel like at home! Backyward is the desert! Def would recommend.

Great location by the sand dunes

It was a really bad experience! The owner of the hotel is rude and aggressive. We were charged for the breakfast even though it was included. Staff cannot speak English which makes communication difficult. However, the owner is the worst and rudest of them all. We wanted to spend the afternoon on the hotel facilities after having checked out. We were nearly screamed at that we have to leave the property as we have already checked out. The hotel has not been full, nor were a lot of people inside of the hotel. It was a really uncomfortable and unprofessional situation. We will definitely never stay at this property again.

We loved our stay it is much better than the pictures show, staff was so friendly and accommodating that we extended our stay for two more nights. We also took a camel excursion over night and they let us keep our bags in our room for free one night while away. I would recommend this to my family and friends to visit. What a view of the Dunes from the pools and roof top deck!!

The pool is a a delight and for that reason we would return to stay here. It was wonderful to be able to swim and relax whilst looking over the desert. The hotel itself is fine but needs some TLC in the rooms although this wasn't a deal-breaker. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast wasn't great compared to everywhere else we stayed.

Bad service miss of important equipment and annoying plus no respect to the client I will never think to go back there and not recommended to anyone

Fabulous few nights. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The meals were custom ordered and excellent quality. The location cannot be beat – the pool is beautiful albeit too cold to enjoy. They tried hard to make us feel comfortable and feel welcomed. Covid has taken a huge chunk out of the gem that this place could be, but I am glad we visited. I would recommend it to anyone.

Tude people When you get there the manager is rude

İn the begining we booked a tent, but the tent is terribel(small, not clean and dark) and upgraded it, we stayed in a room, room is clean and very comfortable but Hot water is not working,

The room would have been great if the AC would have worked. We complained about it and were told it’s our fault for pushing other buttons and the response was “we’ll fix it for the next customers”. August is extremely hot, and sounds like other guest had the sameness problem.

Ok so my mother had a problem - the sheets were not as white as she would have liked. She was fuming and stomping around up until I kicked her out to the pool. Problem solved. It beats everything. THAT POOL (we were there alone ... so extra peaceful and serene) is one of THE best highlights of Morocco. The dunes are right there. Run into the dunes then hop back over to the pool .. mint tea that was basically on tap did not hurt either. Dinner was wonderful as was the service - I am vegan and that was accommodated with no issues or hickups. Would stay again any day! Great hotel.
