Amazing property with lavish breakfast and dinner. Bathrooms were very clean and lots of activities for kids. Loved the outdoor pool and indoor pool and jaccuzi.

We had an awesome experience at the Grand Hayatt this month. The dinning folks ( Akash, Rahul, Saurav, Suvrana, Saloni and Eloni amongst others), Vikash who helped and guided us through the stay and Raju who drove us around Goa. Thank you all for an awesome experience. There were a lot more folks whose names I don’t remember.

One of the finest properties in Goa. It’s literally at the Bambolim beach. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were spacious as well with a good shower. Their restaurants(all 3 + bar) are really good! The food and the drinks are awesome. Their Bar Star - Kush is an amazing Mixologist! I’d highly recommend trying his cocktails! If you are looking to stay somewhere around the centre of the city, then this is an ideal hotel! The staff is courteous and always ready to help! The breakfast spread was really good too!

Gorgeous waterfront property. I arrived late and they upgraded my room to a suite. It was lovely. Highly recommend.

Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles. The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals. The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard. Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!! We will surely be back with our family to the Grand Hyatt !!.

This was our best experience of hotel hospitality that we have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Rishav and his house keeping team were so thoughtful and kind. Ravi is a true gentleman and an excellent pool bar supervisor and Mukesh is incredibly hard working and attentive. Our biggest shout out goes to Sangeeta. This woman is incredible and she made our stay first class. She is incredibly thoughtful, kind, humanistic, respectful, reliable and responsive. We will definitely return again and again and again. I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. Sanjeeta one of the managers also made our experience special. Raul the manager at one of the best restaurants in Goa, personalized each experience and made the family and my child feel very comfortable. Algan and Harsh’s service was exceptional.

Perfect. Great experience

Great hotel- clean and tidy at all times. Food was consistently good at all restaurants. Room spacious and comfortable with attentive house keeping. Service by the pool and in the restaurants was a little chaotic and inattentive. Lots of staff but no clear teamwork, organisation or strategy to serve customers. Also too much personal servicing on demand by certain customers which just put a spanner in the works and added confusion to an already disorganised system. Otherwise a lovely hotel and would come again.
