Its ok for the price, nothing fancy, but the most important thing is that the the rooms are kept clean.

Well placed for the annual WOMAD Festival and the beach.

Everything was great

Very nice, clean, close to a beautiful beach, restaurants, shops and bus station. Very helpful staff. Be careful though as Hotels.com confused studios (just one room)and apartments (separate bedroom and lounge/diner). Reception were brilliant and upgraded us for no extra charge.

The apartments are only 2 minutes from the beach and 10 from the bus station. They are convenient, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They are somewhat spartan but on holidays who wants to spend time in the room when the beach and numerous restaurants are on the doorstep. I have read some of the complaints and I wonder if some of those people thought they were checking in to the Hotel Catalina, a 5 star hotel one the other side of town.

Location was good. Though the bathroom needed significant maintenance.

Very straightforward establishment. Basic amenities but everything was good and worked well. Hob and microwave available, Fridge and cooking utensils. Beds comfy and extra bedding available. House keeping everyday, except sunday. Towels changed every 3 days. Very central with great immediate access to restaurants, bars and beach. The only down point was a lack of electric plug points - but not a serious issue.

No issues. This place will win you every time with their staff.

We were in a studio with a balcony facing on to the street. This has never been a problem before in other hotels, but for some reason the room seemed to exaggerate the noise outside and the traffic. There is street noise from people out and about until 3.30am, so not recommended if your fussy about yr sleep. It was hot while we were there and no fans were provided in rooms, so pretty unbearable at times in room at night. The kitchenette was disappointing, no kettle, no microwave, old slow hob, you can't really cook there. Appartments are Central and 5 mins walk to beach. Close to Santa Catalina bus station. So good place to get around easy.

Old apartment but clean. Very basic with wifi only in the lobby. 800 m walk from central bus station which is convenient. Close to shops, restaurant and beach area.

the hotel is small & friendly situated in a great shopping area a few meters from the beach & bus station. It is surrounded by bars & cafes & is ideal for a short stay or business trip it is basic but clean/tidy with nice rooms

I found the hotel very nice and clean. The room was small but big enough for the 2 of us. It was close to all the amenities you could need and the reception had all the info you could need. Would stay here again x

we stayed here in july 2014, the rooms were fine, bathroom very small but plenty of hot water,the only problem was it was really noisy but that was prob time of year, otherwise all fine and very central

We booked the hotel room for one night, 30-31 December, however when we arrived at the hotel at around 9 pm the receptionist refused to check us in.

Limpieza y buen trato

El alojamiento es algo antiguo pero fue perfecto ya que todo estaba muy limpio y nuestra estancia fue muy cómoda. De la calle no puedo decir lo mismo. Todas las noches gritos y peleas. A partir de las 22:00 no quise salir porque no habia mucja seguridad

Habitacion muy calurosa. Sin ventilador ni aire acondicionado.
