Amazing place

The breakfast and dinner buffet was great with additional varieties daily but the room could do with some complimentary items like tea bags and body wash.

almost everything is perfect except there's no available toilettries such as shampoo, extra toothbrush/toothpaste, cotton buds and side table tissues and slippers and bath robe..the time table of the transportation is not accurate

Very nice hotel and would definitely stay there again , close to all shops and beach, couple of things though we were on second dinner service which does not start until 8 which we felt was quite late would be better if they did 6-7 and then 7-8, we also could not find any English TV channels ie BBC World and finally check out is very early at 10am, only minor points though basically a great hotel

The staff acts like they are doing you a favor for being there.

Notre sejour s est bien passé à l hotel. Equipe serviable et arrangeante. Animation sympa. Petit dej tres varié et bon. Piscine propre. Hotel calme et mérite 4 etoiles.

Es ist eine gute Unterkunft, aus unserer Sicht aber für einen Familienurlaub nicht tauglich. Zimmer gut, Frühstück super gut. Ansonsten Ballermann-Charakter.

Le séjour au retour d'une semaine de congés s'est bien déroulé. L'arrivée et l'accueil aussi chaleureux que la semaine précédente. La chambre était propre, fonctionnelle, mais surchauffée. Lorsque j'ai demandé à la réception de m'expliquer comment mettre en route la climatisation qui chauffait uniquement, il m'a été répondu qu'avec les fluctuations de température en cette période, il était impossible de mettre en route la climatisation. Le chauffage étant en route, il fallait ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraichir la pièce. Je trouve que pour un hôtel de se niveau, qui s'engage pour économiser de l'eau comme cela est inscrit dans la salle de bain pour les serviettes, il y a peu de soucis à propos de l'énergie gaspillée. De plus, une demi bouteille d'eau offerte par personne pour une température ambiante minimale de 26 à 28 degrés n'est pas suffisant. Nous avons dû passer la nuit la fenêtre ouverte et même comme cela, la chaleur intense était difficilement supportable.
