Great location for us about a 7 minute walk to the strip and beach. Also the bus stop is outside for airport etc. Room very spacious for 2, recently updated and clean. Plenty for wardrobe space and room for toiletries in the bathroom. All rooms well lit and bright. Kitchen has enough equipment to make light meals and breakfast with a good size fridge freezer. Patio space private, large and great sun trap. Downsides and this was our mistake not reading the t&cs but the bedding and towels are changed every 7 days, we did have to ask for fresh during out stay. Being picky the roof lights do offer great natural light but could do with a clean. The safe is awkward to get to and requires a key rather than a keypad - which I would prefer. Overall very quiet, self contained units. Reception is part time but contactable via email and when needed great service and very polite, in fact all the staff cleaners gardeners etc all polite.

The room was very clean,had everything you needed. Check in was simple the staff couldn't do enough. Would definitely return

Friendly chap when we checked in. Apartment was clean and suited our needs for our first time in Lanzarote. Pool just outside our apartment was an added bonus. Wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Thank you

When viewed on a map, the property looks quite a way from the main strip but it is only a 6 minute walk, mostly on the flat. There is also a small supermarket 3 minutes walk away. Our apartment was nice and quiet and had everything needed for our week’s stay with a good sized patio area leading onto the swimming pool. We would definitely return.

Good location, plenty of parking outside the property. Host was very accommodating, our flight was later than planned but they ensured that they were available upon check in. Good and prompt communication even prior to the stay. The apartment was very clean. Another bonus was the Smart TV. Truly recommend.

It was ideal for our holiday, very quiet relaxing, pool very nice. If you wanted to stroll down to the front it was a 10 minute walk till you arrived at the Casino and restaurants, or €3 in a taxi to Matagorda or Los pocillos.

Lovely relaxing stay which is what we wanted. Outside Puerto de Carmen, but a 10mins walk and you're on the front. Friendly staff who were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. Bed was a little hard for us, some people like hard beds. Lovely pool, well maintained and there's a pool table. Only a 1€ if you want to use. There's a local shop a 3 min walk if you forget anything, but go to the main stretch and theirs a Spar shop near that area. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Liked every thing about our apartment Please dont go and expect to walk in to a fully equipped kitchen it is all basic but workable There is family feeling about the place People go two ,three times per year and we hope to go back next year

Property was lovely and quiet and staff were very helpful. Only downside was the lack of air conditioning so maybe the bedding could be changed more often because of this.

Perfect location. Ideal for couples. Lovely and quiet. Apartments clean but a little tired. Housekeeping could be improved.

Stayed at their annex , just across road from main complex, quiet block of 8 apts i think, small pool to cool off in . Stayed in apt No 23 ,2 bed rooms, for us it was fine ,had a choice of 4 single beds...rooms cleaned 6 of our 7 day stay....kitchen fine just basic etc... little bit of a trek to main playa front . enjoyed our stay and would go again...

Very clean apartment and 10 minutes walking to Puerto del Carmen main area. Fantastic swimming pool and very kind staff. Highly recommended!

Everything was very good, a 10 min walk to restaurants, shops and beach, food was an excellent standard. Rooms were fine everything you needed. Pool was unfortunately cold. But would definitely go back

Nice, clean apartament...could have more kitchen appliances but we manage all in all good experience.

Nice clean apartment with all day sunshine next to pool where sun beds always available. If no beds next to pool there were 2 on everyone’s balcony anyway! Good facilities in room- toaster, microwave, kettle, clothes horse. Free WiFi with good signal! No hairdryer/aircon. Reception closed on arrival but quick phone call to number on door & someone was there in 2mins. Good checkout time of 12pm. Downside is the location- away from resort action (10min walk to the front) but I guess it was nice and quiet up there.

stayed 9days room clean staff very helpful and friendly nice peacfull and relaxing holiday with absolutely no issues this is a lovely place and im already planning to return all the guests were very nice too everybody spoke to everybody well worth a visit

We stayed here earlier this year and it's perfect for middle aged people, close to all amenities.
