Hotel was very welcoming, all staff were very attentive, polite and professional. I used the Gym and the pool, both were clean and not busy. Thanks for a great stay, will be visiting again in a few months.

Empty shower gel in the room. Hairs dryer comes off making it VERY inconvenient to plug back. Bad experience after a long tiring day

Hotel is dated, and rooms don’t feel comfortable due to condition e.g. Bathrooms have caulking that is dirty, luggage storage area smelt bad, furniture is stained/damaged. Additionally, I requested a non-smoking room, and after being taken by staff to three different rooms they all stunk of smoke. Food and restaurants at hotel are good. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here if you have mid-to-high standards.

Everything was satisfactory. They need to check the room and see if anything is broken and replace. The stand up showers are sinking in. Although I had paid the full amount before, they still try to charge me fully for the two night and they corrected it as soon as I noticed it. It should not have happened to begin with.

Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The air conditioning could only be controlled by us, which was inconvenient. The room was not clean, and the service was extremely poor. We had to ask for everything, which made the experience frustrating. The worst part was the dental kit provided—it appeared to have been used by someone else as it was wet, which was utterly disgusting and unacceptable. This reflects a serious lack of hygiene and attention to guest comfort. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I expected much better standards.

Charged more than booking rate Lobby was warm AC took forever to cool from 24.5 deg C to 23 deg C Mini Bar was not loaded and empty but front desk asked if there was any consumption

It was fine. Surprisingly, housekeeping didnt clean the room or make up the bed in the morning. They didn’t clear old dishes either (from the morning). Restaurant service was slow but food quality and quantity was good.

A great hotel to stay when you visit Coimbatore, for business or for pleasure, has the best restaurants around, comfortable and clean room, pool, gym, spa and other facilities. Spacious well designed lobby suitable for business meetings. Great helpful and friendly staff all the way from the gate onwards.
