Lovely guest house. Would use again

Clean room, quiet, nice breakfast, pleasant staff.

Drinks tray poor, no biscuits! Bathroom dated, hot tap hanging off, shower not powerful enough, cobwebs, blind damaged & didn’t cover the whole window which was not acceptable as on a busy road! Bet disappointing for the money we paid.

Staff friendly very efficient room very clean very happy with veranda and bath well done team dovedale would recommend 💯

We didn’t stay for breakfast or have any drinks in the bar so can not comment

Good visit. Hotel parking is on the next road, back onto the hotel, no problem once told we’re to go. Room was clean, lovely double bed and comfortable mattress. Nice breakfast ( prepay is well worth it if you want more than a slice of toast and coffee). I am Happy to go back next time in Cleethorpes

Perfect location. Private carpark included. Netflix etc on both tv's. Our suite had been totaly refurbished, top quality everything. Own private entrance door onto the rear carpark. Will definitely rebook here. 5mins from Papas amazing chippy on the pier.

The shower cubicle was small for getting showered in Had to walk up 3 flight of stairs which we struggled Staff brilliant as always Breakfast 10/10 as always Location perfect Its our 4th stay

Loved the closeness to beach and amenities bar on site dog friendly special are for breakfast with your dog wish they did snacks like cakes sandwhiches perhaps made to order as used to do evening meals which again could be booked so as no food waste

The hotel is okay, parking is a nightmare, rooms are clean. That’s about all I have regarding this place.

Location

Bath room was ok lacking shelves no handles for bath and toilet; in bedroom no draws to put your clothes the cook breakfast was over cook and reheated the first day I didn't have any more ; overpriced food left the hotel a day early

A gem of a hotel, very friendly staff with excellent facilities. Room was immaculate and location is fab.
