Very good location. However, midnight motorcycle noise can be annoying.

Resort vieillissant pas très bien entretenu. Checking impersonnel et attente. Le petit déjeuner était copieux mais que du salé. Quelques croissants, viennoiseries locales auraient été appréciées.. La propreté est juste. Balcon sale et porte de douche rouillée. Certaines personnes aiment ce genre de resorts énormes avec de nombreuses activités.

Nice place. Reception was very cold and not helping about lunch. We ended up in Urheiluopisto to eat. The sauna world and the spa facilities were very relaxing and enjoyable. Made us enjoy our stay...

Lyhyt pysähdyspaikka matkalla pohjoiseen. Mukava hotelli ja vaikka kylpylän altaat olivat omille lapsille liian syviä he viihtyvät kylpylässä hyvin.

Great spa

Swimming are was big and the water massaging things were powerfull enough for adults. Most importantly there was swimming pool bar. It was self service, walk couple steps up and drop your drink and you can sit in the pool and relax. Feel like you are far far away from Finland. Breakfast was also excellent!

Bathroom floor could've been cleaned better, nice stay anyway.

Upgraded to villas, which was great

Spa access was not included in the price, and we had to pay extra for it. This was very misleading, since this is a spa hotel and I doubt anyone would visit there just for the hotel room and not the spa.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. Just some small details missing. The room lacked some basic things like tea, hot chocolate or coffee for those times you spend time there outside service hours. Mind you, there was a water boiler as well as disposable cups, just nothing to use them with. The spa was nice, but the opening hours fit other activities poorly. For example, there was no change to use the baths there before breakfast and it was a bit of a rush to make it to the restaurant in time to order from the kitchen after the spa closed.

The venues are nice, but could use a little facelift. Sometimes you can see the wear and tear quite clearly. Good sports facilities.

I was very satisfied with my stay, unfortunately did not have time to go to spa, but it would have been worth it (only 10 Euro extra). Breakfast was very good, and room huge. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

The hotel has a good location near the ski trails and the staff is super friendly and helpful. However, parts of the hotel are in need of an upgrade. The carpet in the rooms was really threadbare and there are lots of old dusty fake/plastic plants throughout the hotel that seemed dated. Also, the hotel lobby is not really conducive to relaxing as it was right near the busy reception area.

Huoneen toisen sängyn jouset kolisivat ja rasahtelivat aina kylkeä vaihtaessa ja ensimmäinen yö oli hyvin huono. Ratkaisimme ongelman kuitenkin, että lapsi nukkui toisen yön tällä sängyllä. Kaikinpuolin hotelli on loistava, sijainti on hyvä. Hotelin sisältämät monipuoliset mahdollisuudet takaavat vesisadeilmoillakin kokopäiväksi tekemistä. Ei ollut ensimmäinen kerta tässä hotelissa, eikä varmasti viimeinen.

Kylpylä on hieno. Hotellin sängyt olisi aika jo uusia.

Kyllä oli huone siisti, henkilökunta ystävällinen. Huoneen sänky (WC:n puoleinen sänky) jousitus "kuopalla", oli huono nukkua. Viemärin haju tuli aamulla suihku huoneesta hetken aikaa. Ihmeteltiin, miksei tv:stä näkynyt mitään, joku oli vetänyt tv-antennin piuhan pois paikoiltaan,joka oli vielä kaapin sisällä, eikä sitä huomattu heti.

Huone oli hyvin siivottu. Kuluneisuutta havaittavissa, mutta se ei meitä haitannut. Palvelu oli ystävällistä.

Huone ok, siisti, vaikka vähän remppaa vaille. Mökää ei kuulunut.
