Check-in was easy on the terminal and I was assisted by a staff member. Room was large and comfortable with all the usual amenities. It was a one night stay and i didn't stop for breakfast.

It's very tired and dated but for the price paid was good value. Staff were very good and so was breakfast

We have always found our stays at the hotel to be good ones. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable, parking plentiful and breakfast offers a good choice of food. The hotel is a busy one and there are signs of wear and tear and so would benefit from a makeover, but that does not take away from it being a hotel well worth booking a stay at. We do recommend this hotel to people.

I liked the convenience of where it was and where I wanted to be. The size of the bed was very spacious and comfortable. The room was very dated and had wallpaper hanging off the wall, the bathroom sink surface was all chipped off and made it look scruffy. There were a number of moths in the room too.

Helpful receptionist, room was clean, hotel is a bit dated but for one night stop it fitted into our itinerary just right.

Was not happy with the parking. Had to park around the back of the hotel that was very rundown. No food on our first night. room 309.the walls are like paper. You can hear everything above and below. The hotel needs some serious investment. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was spacious, bright, airy and clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The amenities were basic but I had everything I needed, including a much needed fan as it was a hot day! The hotel itself is nothing special, the decor is a little run down and in need of a paint job in some areas. My bathroom had rust in the bath and the finish was needing some tlc. The front entrance to the hotel clearly had a no smoking sign which was ignored as it had a strong smell of cigarettes which was not a good first impression. I’m not a fan of self check in at a hotel- it’s not nice to arrive and find the reception unmanned. I did call for assistance which came quickly however and the member of staff was very helpful. It was pretty average place and ok if you just need to stay for a night.

This was a 1-night stay for work. I was in room 220 which was a long walk from reception. Car park was free, but at the front of the hotel, filled up quickly. The room however was huge as was the ensuite. TV and Wifi okay. Decor a bit dated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No water for showering.

Property needs a bit of tlc but the staff are amazing, couldn't do enough to help us and accomodate my room request. Special thanks to the restaurant staff member who kindly filled out drinking bottles with cool water before our drive home!
