Lovely warm welcome, cosy rooms and great food options, itsour go to hotel when we visit Oulton Park each year never fails to deliver, this was our fourth visit amd will be back next year

I like the warm friendly atmosphere in all areas of the establishment.

Lovely place ! The main pub/ hotel was beautifully furnished - airy and spacious . Room was good - except for the lack of natural light and due to the intense heat , we needed to keep the door open as the window was quite small . The bottle of cold water was welcome / staff were very good

Staff all very welcoming & helpful. Room large, nicely decorated & good amenities. Nice restaurant & breakfasts very good. Very happy to tweek things to your liking. Nothing was too much trouble Would definitely return!

Room was spacious but needs some TLC on the decor. Bathroom need a good clean! We stayed at the front of the hotel which would be noisy for a light sleeper. Breakfast was fine and staff were friendly. Situated in a lovely village.

Lovely place but sounds travel through walls like tissue paper! Not sounds anyone would want to hear at 2am &6:30am. So if you want a good night sleep take ear plugs! Hotel itself is lovely and food nice too- staff fabulous.

I've been staying at the Swan for years and booked this room 6 weeks ago, requesting a room in the Courtyard. I understand that the rooms may not always be available so when I checked in and was told that the Courtyard was unavailable, I was disappointed but understood. I later found out through a colleague that someone in front of her checking in was not happy with her room being in the old building (Room 14) and insisted they move her outside, they offered her room 19 in the Courtyard, I was put in room 14. I don't sleep in the older part of the building due to the noise on the high street. I'll not stay here again, the Portal up the road is a similar price and much more peaceful

1 night stay. Perfect welcome by the young lady on reception...personally showed me to my room which was a nice touch. Ate at the restaurant, food was delicious shout out needed for the guys in the kitchen as well the 2 members of staff in the restaurant, both of whom were accommodating to my requests. Room and bathroom was clean with nice products to use. With the age of the building flooring in my room sloped, meaning the bed wasn't perfectly level and had to adjust my balance when simply standing up. This didnt detract from a comfortable stay. TV in the room was an internet tv but couldn't just switch on an watch, had to go through the apps which was a faff as had to log into some of them just to watch terrestrial based programmes.

Another great stay at The Swan. Staff are friendly and efficient. Our deluxe double room was lovely and clean with all the amenities needed. Will definitely be returning again.
