The evening meals I had were delicious. Breakfast was hot and well cooked. Staff were nice and helpful. I enjoyed the swimming pool

I found the hotel was a lovely stay staff were always polite happy and always willing to help I would definitely recommend palm court hotel very handy for town centre and the beach all in all very lovely stay.

Good location to beach, amusements and attractions. Good food servered. Helpful staff

Room was clean and tidy tho family room was smaller than expected but was only 2 adults and a toddler. Only downside to this hotel was no air con or would have got 5 stars for everything

I book a nights stay and hadn’t realised I had room only and was told abruptly by a member of a coach party we could not sit at a table so went to reception to be told we had a room only booked. I was offered two vouchers for breakfast at £15 each I was a bit surprised at the cost but admit it was an error on my behalf …(may I add the lady on reception was most apologetic and I assured her it was not her fault) I booked a sea view room and it was so hot and we could hardly open the windows we had an awful nights sleep ..this room seemed rather basic with just a mini bar of soap for hands ,when I spoke to the reception they Said we should have gone down and asked for a fan surely seeing how the temperature was so hot I would have thought one would have been put in the room .imam surprised there is no air conditioning in this hotel,if there is it is not in the bedroom .very dissapointed,

Had a great stay at The Palm Court Hotel, great view, Sea only across the road, was lovely. Great staff and delicious food! Would definitely come back ☺️

Tired, dated but in a good location

Staffs are friendly but this hotel can't be classed as 3 star hotel. There is no fridge and air conditioner in the room. The carpet is like in 80s-90s. Compare with other 3-4 star hotel I used to go, this hotel should only be 1-2 star only. I really want to check out just right after I checked in. This is not what I look for as 3 star hotel.

We have just returned from a lovely trip to this hotel Great location Breakfast was lovely and staff were so nice and friendly Very helpful and accommodating The pool is lovely for a dip after a hot day it might need a bit of a revamp but it was great and just lovely to have that available Room was lovely well decorated and fairly up to date wasn’t shabby at all Had all the facilities that we needed and we would definitely stay again Thank you for a lovely stay

Grace was super friendly and kind and made our son laugh making jokes with him. She gave us her advice on what food to order when I asked and it didn't disapoint. All the staff were super lovely. Hotel was really nice and clean, lovely swimming pool and chill out area. Lots of spaces to park.

Everything about the experience was excellent, with a particular shout out to the waiting staff Axel, Summer, Sam and Grace, to whom nothing was a problem! Easy parking, great sea view as requested, and HOT and cold shower and bath water. Bliss....

Nice seaside hotel with helpful staff and clean comfortable room.

We stayed in the Family room (123) with a double bed and bunk beds cozy and did what it needed to do. No thrills but no nasty surprises either! Didn’t use the pool however looked clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Left my pillow in the room with iPad into and staff kept it safe and gave it back as soon as I asked about it. Would certainly stay again. Also in a great seafront location

Room a big dated but very clean with comfortable bed. Staff very good and always seemed happy . Food was lovely. Great location and easily walkable to lots of bars restaurants town etc . We would definitely stay here again

The parking although a bit tight was very welcome nothing worse than walking from streets away with cases to get to you’re hotel.The room was very clean, usual tea and coffee making facilities,plenty of towels, staff were excellent, always helpful and cheery.Breakfast was served in a very smooth and professional manner with staff explaining where everything was and cooked breakfast served hot.A lovely stay
