Excellent hotel. Area surrounding isn’t the best for foreigners to walk the streets

Good staff and very good breakfast We arrived very early and they accommodate us without any issues as well allow us to have a good breakfast in meantime of check in

Bom café da manhã (não tinha mais opções devido a pandemia estar sendo servido no próprio quarto). Gostei da localização. Excelente acomodação e limpeza. Funcionários atenciosos. Fiquei com minha esposa e minha filha por 3 dias. Cama e chuveiros excelentes!

Good, comfortable bed and clean. The only down side was no elevator to access the upper floor, not fun with heavy luggage.

I did not like that unique service charge option at check out, but the hotel experience was fine

We stayed during world cup and we were very happy with the place. Service was phenomenal, food was excellent, location was a bit out of the way but overall very happy

The hotel is located near a petrol station and isn't the best location but the hotel is nice and enough. The staff however were great, extremely helpful during our stay during the World Cup. The rooms are a nice size, very clean and bright. I would definitely recomment this hotel.

Due to airline changes we stayed only a few hours but were sad to go. The hotel was clean and convenient, the staff friendly and the breakfast excellent

Lovely hotel, great attentive staff. Very comfortable rooms. It is in an industrial area so you need a car.

A very pleasant place for a final night

Nice room and good room service. But front office staff pretty disinterested and they made the cardinal error of forgetting a morning wake-up call.
