Very quirky b and b with a warm welcome and a good breakfast - have stayed here several times and always a good experience!

Quirky decor but nice to be a formulaic look. Close to a superb Italian restaurant for dinner. Helpful staff and a great breakfast. Free on-site parking. A great stay

Friendly welcome from the staff and lovely communal lounge and reception areas. The B&B is in a great location, about 3 minutes walk from the beach, or 5 minutes into town or to the theatres. The available parking is also a huge bonus. The breakfast had a very good selection and was of high quality. Overall, a lovely B&B and we hope to return sometime.

A fantastic B&B Guesthouse with excellent staff! Highlight of our trip to Eastbourne, staff gave good dining tips. Lovely breakfast the next morning. Self parking and good location for walking.

A very warm welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Room 14 was very spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked. A good menue to choose from. Fresh coffee, bread and lots of cereal to choose. We came by train which was a 10 minute walk. There is plenty of parking at the back of the property .

This is a real gem, the owners and staff will do anything for you. The decoration/art work is beautiful And we loved having access to a lounge with the use of games. Would highly recommend, just be aware the parking is tight.

Welcomed by friendly staff, very comfortable room, ery good breakfast

I had a very relaxing stay. The B&B is close to all amenities, including the beach, but is nevertheless quiet at night. I didn't have a chance to learn all the members of staff by name but I was made to feel welcome by all, especially by the staff over breakfast (the omelette and vegetarian cooked breakfasts on my first two mornings were especially delightful). The dining room is a work of art/gallery in itself. I also received an invitation for an in-house special event on my second night, which was very kind. The en-suite room, in which I slept very well, was clean and snug. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my one night stop here very much. From the smiles that met me upon arrival to the delicious cooked to order breakfast before departure. Located on a quiet street midway between the station and the seafront it is in a great spot. Room was very comfortable and had everything I needed including tea/coffee and kettle. I didn’t use but saw a cozy lounge with honesty type bar arrangement which would have been used had I stayed longer. Breakfast in the morning served in a bright airy room was excellent and plenty of choice. Would and will stay again.

Everything near-by great area to stay

Team really friendly and helpful, liked the decor throughout the main areas, it was unique and pleasing to the eye. Hot water on demand and a good breakfast in the morning. Hotel situated close to eastbourne seafront and the town centre. An enjoyable experience for my mother and me, thank you.

Lovely place, clean and fresh room with heated blanket for those colder evenings, fresh and clean bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities in room well topped up and tv, free parking which is nice and private (although very tight if you have a large vehicle) and loads of choice at breakfast. Little gem of a place, and really good price, I only stayed one night but will definitely book again.
