Excellent service

The property is in terrible shape. They claim that the room assigned was a "renovated" room, it was not. The room was cramped with mold in the shower and bugs crawling around. When I shared this with the fronr desk, they offered to place us in quality room. The damage was already done. I requested to leave.

I was at this hotel a week ago before I flew to La Paz,Bolivia and there was no toaster in the buffet room. They sent me an email saying that they had gotten a toaster and when I returned from Bolivia, there was a toaster.!!! the staff is excellent here and they listen to people‘s issues. Everyone was very helpful. It’s a great location because it’s 10 minutes from the airport..

Clean room

First of all I would like to say that the staff are amazing , very friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome, the grounds and the pool area are really top notch , now the downside, the room was ok but not a 4* , we paid extra for a superior king room with a sea view ( well if you angled your head around the corner of the balcony that was true ) our view if you could call it that was overlooking a derelict part of the garden and the main road , traffic noise all night long ugh , the room itself was spacious but again has seen better days , it needs some renovation and love , the bathroom was just old fashioned and when you had a shower the water went everywhere into the room , the sink had come out of the ark , it was so funny . Breakfast was good with a lot of choice , well the local birds thought so , run the gauntlet to your table , they grab anything lol , overall our 4 night break was great , would I go back erm probably but not to room 724

I don't like the staff manager don't let my daughter pickup her stuff in my room was very rude (my daughter stay in other hotel with her husband but because we going together to a excursions to Baru Island and after she's going to the airport she left her luggage in my room) Very ridiculous management

Clean room staff was nice

Breakfast was good. The rooms need updating and a little more attention as there was mosquitos inside the restroom and a large dead waterbug inside the room.

I stayed at the Sonesta for about 18 days, and my experience was absolutely amazing. I had a room on the 8th floor with a private balcony overlooking the ocean, which made my stay even more special. Not only is the hotel beautiful, but it’s also located in a great area. It’s very close to the airport, and they offer convenient taxi service right at the front door. You can also easily use Uber, but having multiple transportation options—especially their well-kept taxis—made everything even more convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the staff. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is nothing short of exceptional. My room was always spotless thanks to Juliet, who cleaned daily and consistently checked in to see if I needed anything. The hotel restaurants are also fantastic, offering delicious food in a relaxing atmosphere. I especially want to mention Manuel, the kitchen captain, who exceeded my expectations by carefully accommodating my dietary restrictions. Eduardo, the bellman, was also incredibly attentive and always ready to help with luggage or provide helpful information. Overall, I’m extremely grateful for such a wonderful experience. The combination of a beautiful hotel, excellent service, and outstanding staff made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it!

At checkout they tried to charge me for a wine I didn't drink, and I was the one who noticed the mistake; otherwise they would have left that extra charge on me, and I think that's terrible for customers.

Rooms specially bathrooms need remodeling very soon. Noticed black mold that can be cleaned with products. There is no need to have it there. Besides that nice location.
