Very good hotel.

Very old, fans don't work, shower heads need to be changed, the shower is clogged and starts to overflow And parking is terrible. Its ok i guess for an emergency stay. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

The place was extremely hot with a window that opens half way. I had a headache and nausea due to this. No hot water. I found a large roach walking near my luggage. I just would not recommend. I booked for one week I only ended up staying 2 days. I also did not receive any refund from the hotel.

First room right before going to bed I saw 2 bed bugs walking next to the headboard, went to the front desk and told them about the issue. Was moved to another room in a higher floor, no live bed bugs but I did see at least 4 dead ones close to the bed.

Solo había un ventilador y el calor en el cuarto era horroroso. Deberían invertir en aires acondicionados ya que es una hermosa propiedad y el servicio de los empleados excelente

bad hospitality and gave me a different room then what i purchased and had missing shower head

there always a good staff very helpful when there's a little confusion every area of the facility as well taken care of you will enjoy your stay for sure.

The personal need more training to approach the customers like me over 15 years using the facilities at Caravan hotel. Rude to provide information and unavailable to respond the requests things.

The place is safe the service excellent but the y need improve the towels in better condition no rags in bad conditions but it is recommended

Very nice staff at desk and restaurant. Not fancy at all but clean and friendly in the middle of Itagui. Ten minute walk to train, two stops to downtown Medellin
