Overall, the staff was very nice. The pool could use more maintenance. We didn’t use the pool because they didn’t look too clean. The buffet could have a little bit more international selection. Otherwise, everyone treated us well.

The rooms were falling apart and the food was so bad. The beach was across a street. Security was also an issue. Staff in general were not attentive.

I told my wife to shoot me if I ever suggest coming back here. Something’s are worth what you pay for them. Looking to save money and we got what we paid for actually a less. Food was cold short on protein and business approach to cut corners just to keep the price low.

The room i was assigned the bed had blood stained we told the reception in the am we went out came. Back to the dirty room 1 hr to wsot for towel the toilet was clogged cuz we had no water.

Buffet was VERY good but no parking available and access to beach was a bit tight!

El hotel no da hacia el mar, el hotel qu si da al mar el Bávaro Beach. El Bávaro beach tiene dos sectores en la arena, uno para sus huéspedes y otro para los del Hotel Bávaro (normal). Para llegar a la playa tienes que caminar una cuadra. Hay muchos mosquitos. Infraestructura del edificio es antigua. Artefactos antiguos. La comida es variable (aceptable), hay shows todos los días a las 9 o 10 pm que si son buenos. Tener mucho cuidado con tomar servicios de turismo fuera del Hotel (son estafadores y en especial uno llamado Samuel “Sami”), había mucha gente estafada y lo peor es que están justo en la puerta de entrada del hotel y el personal del Hotel no hacen nada por echarlos, hasta incluso uno de los seguridad del hotel está coludidos con los estafadores. Esto lo comento porque una pareja de amigos fue estafada por una pequeña empresa que está por la zona llamada “Tours Excluisve” letrero de color verde, al verse estafados llamaron a la policía, cuando la policía llegó muchas tiendas de al rededor cerraron, la pareja estafada recibieron llamada del estafador “Sami” diciendo que iba a devolver una parte del dinero y una parte del dinero fue recibida por un seguridad del Hotel. Tengo muchas pruebas y fotos hubiera sido bueno poder adjuntar las pruebas pero no hay una opción para subir archivos.

I like just about everything about this property. It was my second time staying and I do look to return soon. The only request I can ask for is “ Have plenty of irons for guests to use, and not the burned out one”. Thank you.

The staff was caught trying to steal in our hotel room with the lights off without us present.

I actually enjoyed my stay, good food. The only thing I did not like is the restrictions on the beach. Other than that great time!

This hotel it’s not 4 star hotel ,it’s completely outdated bathrooms clogged shower not working no shampoo the beach was ok but to much outside people and vendors I will not recommend to anyone this hotel , people don’t go there, I paid a lot of money but it’s not worth it find a different hotel my advice would be to go to a different location very old and outdated.

The beach was ok. Not extra but ok. The breakfast was amazing.

Went for my best friend’s 21st in march Amazing hotel, clean room, shower head broke 😂 but they fixed it right away, amazing staff and great food, 2 min walk from beach!! 4.5 stars for sure especially for the price!!!

The sulfur water was challenging and the beds were really hard

This is the cheapest all inclusive in the region, so keep that in mind. The property is fair for the price, simple but delivers what is promised and the staff compensates with an amazing service. You need to walk on the street for half block to reach the beach, this is unconfortable. This hotel has the only "mall" with fair price I could find around here. The experience is exaclty what is promised, however, this is not a fancy all inclusive experience.

Food was fresh and varied and was truly all inclusive. The cleaning staff ensured room was picked up everyday. Everything was clean throughout resort.

The Staff was amazing! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. The beach is super close like a 35 second walk. The area itself is close to everything! The rooms and and bathrooms completely outdated we had to switch rooms and still very displeased but we were only there for a few nights and checked in to another hotel.

Staff was the best part.

Food were fresh but the last night we got sick from the stomach very bad. Staff is very good and polite. The room was clean but it was humid. Bar full of people lol
