3 personnes, nous étions. Bon et bel appartement au 4e étage avec tout le nécessaire. Ascenseur fonctionnel tous les jours durant notre séjour. Air climatisé fonctionnel et efficace durant tout notre séjour. Situé à 5 minutes de marche d’une station de métro. Nombreux Restaurants, cafés, marchés à proximité. Albert notre réceptionniste a su rendre simple l’accès à l’appartement et a pris le temps de nous répondre à toutes nos questions sans problème en anglais. Merci Albert. Je recommande.

The property was very spacious and central to all of the main sights in Barcelona and a few minutes walk away from plenty of restaurants and public transport. Albert made out stay the best, he told us all we needed to know and was extremely friendly.

Bathrooms very clean and updated. Needed - New couch.

Super friendly host, Albert, met us at the apartment to check us into the unit. The unit was clean and spacious. We planned to do laundry in Barcelona, but skipped it because the washer smelled strongly of old water. We took the metro many times to go to further parts of the city, but the gothic area and beach area were very walkable.

A huge factor in choosing this property was that it had a washing machine. I went to wash my clothes and the machine would just pile up water and soap but not doing anything else. Every 2 min the washing machine would overload the circuit board and I would have to go and find the circuit breaker to turn it back on. This was ongoing for a while and I don’t enjoy handling circuit breakers because of the dangers associated with them. After 3 hours I realized the washing machine wasn’t going to clean my clothes so I had to take the soaking wet and soapy clothes out and wash them by hand myself. Then I had hang them up to dry. What would’ve taken an hour with a properly working machine ended up taking me 5 hours and kept me up all night.

This was our little oasis in the beautiful city of Barcelona. In the comfortable Eixample neighborhood, but so close to the Metro and to the old city. Several grocery stores and many restaurants made this an ideal location for eating in our dining out. Albert was a very attentive and welcoming host.

The apartment was good.there were a few things missing but Albert was fantastic, he sorted it promptly, he couldn’t do enough for us. So helpful with all the tips about public transport, supermarket etc. The lounge could do with a tidy up but otherwise the apartment met our needs.

Overall the property was as pictured and in really good shape. Pros: (1) easy check in with really nice and helpful staff (2) very walkable to shops, restaurants and groceries (3) good value Cons: (1) our tv never worked the entire time we were there (6 nights). I made a service call via phone and text and was told someone would come fix it, but that never happened. (2) We were told we would get a mid-stay clean because we were staying so many nights. I called about that too and was told someone was coming. She just dropped off clean towels and left. (3) We were given one towel per person for the first 5 days. New towels were dropped off the day before we left

Flat was nice and clean. It’s always a plus when there’s a washer available. Check in process was easy and convenient. Alberto was very helpful and help arrange transportation to airport.

The apartment was so close to the market and other tour attractions. You can walk for 15 min to see Arc de Triomf. The apartment manager, Albert, was so nice and very friendly. Two rooms were very clean. And, it is easy to get taxi from the apartment.

Excellent location, with some grocery stores and restaurants (must try the combined seafood dish of Pexi d'Or) nearby, also not far from the metro station, quiet and safe overall. Albert is very helpful and kind, he explained everything to us, and helped us with some issues about the kitchen during our stay, and always answer our messages quickly. Although not close to super famous tourist sites, it's still a worthwhile place to stay and enjoy Barcelona.

Location is great, close to the subway station, the area is quiet, close to several small grocery stores and feels secure. Communication was smooth and they always answered on the app quickly. Albert helped us check in, gave us the tour and explanation of the place and tips on enjoying barcelona. The place is spacious, clean and has a washer, full small kitchen and fridge. They give you laundry detergent and dish soap etc as well. We had a very comfortable and spacious stay in barcelona thanks to serennia apts. I would recommend staying here though it is not right in the middle of the super touristy areas

Property was clean and in a quiet area, was a little far from tourist areas requiring a taxi to get most places.

The surprising FEES THEY HIT US WITH upon arrival. Not enough towels.

Lots of things were broken, missing light in bathroom with wires hanging out, outlet with no cover, rack in shower falling out. Lots of splatter on the walls/ceilings of all rooms. The second bedroom is so small that the door can't close at all. We had to leave at 6am for the airport and were depending on wifi calling to call taxi. Woke up to no wifi and then the elevator wasn't working and worse yet the entire stairway and lobby had no lights, pitch dark. 6am climbing down 5 flights of stairs with tons of luggage while holding the flashlight on my phone.

The apartment looked exactly as it did in the photos advertised. It was in a quiet and safe area with no problems experienced. It was within a short walking distance of plenty of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the metro station. Albert was very accommodating and very communicative. There were no hidden fees, cleaning fees, or any of that nonsense and overall it was a wonderful stay.
