Friendly staff

Booked this property for a week for a friend. They were delayed by a few days arriving. When they arrived at the property they were told that the reservation was no longer available because they didn’t show up on the first day

Staff is somewhat pleasant. Some are espetacular, e.g. Aldana and Francisco. Other are average. And a couple of them have no hospitality skills, they are always prepared TO AVOID YOU, especially when a guest clearly needs help. Overall, do not expect a 'Four Season' resort. This is a hoStel, a good one, and above average. There are individual and shared rooms .

Good stay

Do not remove the pillow case, you’ll have nightmares. Otherwise, good facilities, a little outdated but functional.

Very friendly staff, gorgeous and fun decor with comfortable common areas, diligent housekeeping, and practical amenities. Planning to return :)

The hostel all well and good, but the staff is really what made the stay special for me. They were incredibly kind and welcoming and really took the extra steps to make sure I enjoyed my stay at not just the hostel but also the city itself

Very nice hostel full with lovely fellow international travelers. Has nice area where everyone can come and chat, smoke, eat, and drink. Only problem was the mattress is not so comfortable but can't blame for the low cost for stay.

Location is excellent, nice area and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Hostel staff were terrific and any issues we raised they addressed immediately. We stayed in the Folk room and would stay there again. The breakfast was average and could be improved.

I had a great stay here. It was better than my expectations, the staff were super friendly fly and helpful.

Solo estuve una noche pero para lo que necesite estuvo perfecto. Muy amable todos, se agradece su paciencia con nuestros check in.

À FUIR ! Punaises de lit dans l’auberge, nous avons été couvertes de piqûres de punaises de lit. Ojo ! Chinches de todas partes en el hostel. Bedbugs in the hostel!! Horrible…

Infested with bed bugs, horrible experience

O hostel é muito bem localizado, fica em uma ótima rua cheia de bares e restaurantes. Não fica longe dos pontos de ônibus também. Todas as camas possuem tomadas, nem todas são do modelo universal. Os quartos são bem espaçosos, mas bem quentes. O café da manhã é gostoso através de um voucher em uma cafeteria que pertence ao hostel. O atendente Matheus e o outro rapaz são muito educados e atendem muitíssimo bem. A única coisa que detestei e fiquei irritado quando cheguei foi o atendimento da moça de cabelo curto que demonstra total apatia e muita má vontade no atendimento, parece que não quer estar ali.
