I just wanted to share how wonderful our stay at the Palmar 3 Suite was! The suite has three stories. The first floor has a washer, dryer, master bedroom, and another bedroom with a full bathroom. The second floor is the main floor with the kitchen, living room, and another bedroom with a bathroom. The third floor is the rooftop deck with chairs. Each floor also has a balcony with chairs. The A/C worked great, we were actually cold, which we love. The staff was friendly and informative, and the suite is within walking distance to Quinta Avenida, the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The only minor complaint is the grill, they charge $25 each time you use it and clean it for you. We were too busy to use it, and I couldn’t find it on the rooftop where it should have been. Also, the toilets had low water pressure, but it wasn’t a big deal. Lastly, if you don’t mind noise, you’ll be fine. There’s loud music from restaurants and performances at night, which can be a bit much if you’re sensitive to noise. Other than that, this place was great, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. Staff was incredible. Location was perfect! Walking distance to closes beach club was a block away. One block from 5th Avenue. The grocery store is about 3 blocks away. ADO station is within reasonable walking distance if your not carrying a lot of luggage. Despite how close the hotel is to the main strip you could not hear noise. The greenery all over the property makes you forget you’re at a hotel. I plan to go back! The bungalows are the best. Worth every penny.

The property was amazing you get a whole two bedroom small apartment all to yourself amazing view 8min walk to the beach and right on 5th street live music food shopping perfect location lots early morning runners and pet owners loved the property!!!

Such a cool place! It’s so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful gardens, chirping birds , hammocks on the porch. Just a very simple relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend!

We were in bungalow, it was beautiful spacious well furnished. The ambiance is lovely because of the incredible garden, which feels like a tropical jungle all around. The pool was great as well. Staff for so friendly and pleasant. And then you can’t beat the location right in the heart of the commercial area, but still feels secluded and quiet. Looking forward to going back.

We reserved a bungalow and ended up requesting a room change due to rodant droppings on our bed after our first night. Once we were transferred to another room the hot water was not functioning and had to wait until the morning for maintenance to replace. The pool and the jacuzzi were not clean and we choose not to get in. We stayed a total of 8 days and 7 nights and did enjoy a cool room because the a/c functioned excellent. The housekeeping was also exceptional cleaning our room on a daily basis and made sure to restock what was needed except for one day but we managed. Our overall experience was good only things we would request would be a clean and inviting pool, better smelling rooms and a gate sensor to park car in garage without having to wait and get off to get someone’s attention to open gate.

This hotel was awesome! We basically had a two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a good size living room. The balcony wrapped around the whole outside and had chairs and tables. There was also a hammock that could be put up. The property was secure and required a code to enter. The hotel staff were great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful with places to go and would give you a map so that they would be easy to find. We would definitely stay here again.

This is my second year in a row staying here and I can't say enough good things. We stayed in the Garden Suite Bungalow which was clean, spacious, and wonderful. The pool was always well maintained and they were always cleaning to keep things looking great. Staff was wonderful once again. The housekeeping kept making us these cute towel animals that just felt like such a nice touch. Right off of 5th avenue, everything you need is walking distance. I love it there and can't wait to book with them again!

The place is nice and you definitely get what you pay for. Rooms were well air conditioned and staff was extremely friendly / helpful. A lot of restaurants and shops were in walking distance. Be mindful that they don’t offer breakfast here, but everything else like the pool and hot tub were great!
