Prime location, amazing staff

One of the best properties that I’ve ever stayed at absolutely lovely service from everyone from the housekeeper to the bell boys like everyone was amazing

I really enjoyed the view from the infinity pool the city. The rooms were nice and they offer complementary ice cream and items like toothpaste if you forgot them. I will definitely be back to this property. So many places to eat and walking distance as well.

I liked the roof top pool area. The halls could have been cleaner. Overall the property is pretty impressive.

Everything was great. Nice quiet getaway from the usual. Clean and great service. Had some issues ordering breakfast from room service, but they handled promptly. Great stay!

I was stuck between a 3 and a 4. There was no microwave in my room the tv and the mirror tv I had problems with. The mirror tv didn’t come on at all and the regular tv was missing a lot of features. Like the guide button for example produced no results. The view is stunning, the hotel is clean. There are plenty of food options near by and in the hotel. I went for a walk to check out the area there are a lot of homeless people or down and out people a short walk from the hotel I definitely don’t like that but that’s not on the hotel I just though you’d want to know that

Hotel stay was great, clean rooms, comfy beds, great restaurant choices on premises. Highly recommend.

The water in our room was extremely hot in the shower…very difficult for us to adjust and find cool water.

The hotel is located in the heart of all the action downtown. Easy self parking for 30$. Very clean and professional service.

The only reason its not 5 stars across the board is because they do not inform you, outright of a hold on your card ($100) in case of damages. Im not a frequent hotel stayer so It threw me for a loop but after some research found its common, and I should be refunded in a few days right?

A great experience. Pool was packed often not the hotels fault. Gym was clean. Had an issue with the WiFi but I really didn’t need it so I didn’t press the issue. Overall excellent.
