Everything was perfect apart I did had an issue the first night with the room being noisy but the staff was very understanding and moved us for our second night.

Friendly Staff, clean, updated.

Initially they gave me a room right next to the main aircon system that was extremely loud even with the window closed. I have to ask for another room, that luckily it was available. Otherwise I would have had to find another place for the night. The room was nice and big, clean with a refrigerator and coffees. The restaurant was ok!

Great Hotel and helpful staff at all times. Although 5 min taxi to centre Killarney, cost was fair. Comfortable Bed and extensive Irish breakfast. Well done Heights Hotel

Main problem is sleeping. It's hot but all the duvets are about 30 tog making sleeping soundly hard

The property was so cute and well- maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing! The hotel was in walking distance to downtown, but there was also a bus stop very close for people who don’t want to walk. We only stayed here one night but would definitely stay again!

Very beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Location is a little far from city centre, about a 45 minute walk but the staff was helpful to get us a taxi. No air conditioning which we noticed as we were traveling during a heatwave, but the room was still comfortable enough. Very clean and spacious rooms.

unfortunately when a crowd moved from the Bar to the outside courtyard at 1.15 am , the hotel did little to stop the excessive noise of a lot of drunk noisy patrons . I did call the night manager at 1.30am but the noise continued .When checking out this morning the desk staff didn't want to know anything about it , they Said they where aware of the issue but didn't offer an apology or show any concern , so much for it being a 4 start hotel , we wont return . Obviously the staff require training ....

Great experience all around. Clean rooms and access to breakfast in am. Bar open late able to do a quick check in and check out.

Overall we were satisfied with this property. Stayed for two nights. As with all hotels in Ireland, the beds were hard and the room was hot. They delivered a fan to our room though so that was very appreciated and helped to cool things. The windows opened so that also helped. We didn't eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on the food. It's very convenient that the property is next door to a Supervalu grocery store. You can easily walk to many touristy places in 30 minutes. This is a clean hotel with attentive staff.

The hotel was clean and updated and the rooms spacious. The breakfast was very good. From the pictures I thought the location was a little more secluded, when it is really on a main road. Not a big deal as long as you're not expecting that. Our room had a fridge and an expresso maker which my husband really enjoyed. Overall great stay.

Perfect place to stay whilst enjoying Killarney and Ring of Kerry. Room was very comfort and accessible for my elderly father. Great breakfast included, Joan and staff are top notch! Highly recommend.
