Para ser un Hotel de la Cadena Marriot, los baños está muy descuidados en cuanto a la limpieza, los bodes sucios, nos lavan las manijas de los grupos, pelos en el baño, insectos, los papeles de baños los ponen con todo y envoltura, se les olvida poner bath o toallas para los pies, una botella de agua por habitación y muy pequeña, En general llena muy pocas expectativas para ser parte de la cadena Marriot, creo que deben mejorar algunas cosas, más énfasis en los baños y en atención al cliente

Very nice I will came back

Es un hotel muy limpio, y todos se portaron muy amables y serviciales. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con un centro comercial justo enseguida y varias opciones para salir a comer entre 5 y 10 minutos caminando. Tienen desayuno incluido, aunque las opciones son algo limitadas, pero puedes comer algo ligero antes de salir. En general es una muy buena opción.

The entire experience was great. The only issue was that there was no telephone to reach the hotel’s desk in the room. Other than that everything was great.

Excellent stay in Torreon!

When we arrived the floors were still dirty from the previous guest. The shower had no shelf (there were marks from one that had been there) for the soap or other personal items. When visiting the gym the eliptical was fucntional but had no power so no adjustments could be made. Overall one of the worst stays I have had in any hotel or motel (and that says a lot).

I have stayed at this hotel on more than one occasion, and my stay has been very positive. The treatment by the staff is friendly, the facilities are comfortable and the location of the hotel offers many options of restaurants for lunch and dinner.

We have an issue with the aircondition, in the room. It was dropping water
