Room is moldy, lack of towels. There is no air-conditioned room

Family room is narrower than announced area. Room and toilet smell bad.

The hotel has all necessary facilities, enthusiastic and friendly staff. However the light in the room and the corridor was slightly dark. Simple breakfast but also good enough. Price is suitable for location and quality. If I have a chance to come to Hanoi next time, I will probably choose this hotel again.

the location is near to the airport bus 86 stop. so we can just walk few minutes to the hotel. The bathroom need to renovate. the price already include with the breakfast.
