A lovely hotel with very attentive staff at every interaction, be it front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, or the bar. The location is great, walking distance from everything in downtown, with ample parking.

Room did not get switched over, had to ask for more water, coffee. Only got a simple, sorry. Complained at checkout as they advertise as a boutique hotel along with high costs for Saskatoon and they do not deliver. Gave us free drinks at their small lounge. Overall very disappointing stay.

What a fabulous hotel! The staff are especially friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. But the breakfast was a highlight- wonderful hot and cold options and again amazing staff!:)
