An wonderful spa hotel-resort in an amazing park with 400 year old trees, the volcanic lakes are superbly relaxing

Take all that money you charge and upgrade the facilities. This place doesn’t even serve breakfast.

Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. Breakfast you can have outside in the park with fresh foods and cappuccino. The property itself is taken care of very good. Basically you stay in the palace and get to feel all the beauty of Italian style Villa. Will come back.

We stayed in the Residenze next to the hotel which was amazing. You can use all the on site facilities such as the hotel restaurant bar and the thermal lake. Outstanding

For the age of the property it was fine. The AC was not very cold , I do understand that Italy is not known for the cold air. Room was a bit stuffy…the springs was very nice though. Service was great ..grounds is beautiful.

Absolutely loved staying at the hotel and getting to use the thermal springs. Definitely use the thermal springs at night. Absolutely stunning, such an incredibly special experience.

Villa dei cedri Is a unique Place. A thermal water lake located in the middle of a park Is a very peaceful spot to relax while kids enjoy a swim in One of the lakes. Very quiet and great apartments with a private Jacuzzi. We had a great time -only challenge was the heat (unexpected in April) and the a/c was not strong enough to cool the apartment but still pleasant. I wouldnt recommend to stay in the height of Summer though. Apart from that, staff really kind and helpful with our family. Definitely Will try to go back in Winter!

The property is splinted in different tiers of hotel make sure you chose and they charge you accordingly since all of them have different **** in my opinion

It was so hard to find! Signage is very small so watch carefully for it. We spent a long time looking for it and calling but nobody answering. We got there eventually! Nice Manor House, old air con isn’t very fresh, no food in the evening, no shuttle offered to hot springs. Hot spring were lovely but lots of rubbish eg cigarette butts etc floating. Staff mixed, some friendly, some not at all nice. Clean room, nice bedding. But unfortunately we Would not return.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato fantastico, siamo stati accolti con calore e gentilezza. Ci hanno messo a disposizione tutti i servizi di cui avevamo bisogno. Unico neo è l'eccessiva rumorosità dell'impianto di riscaldamento della nostra camera e gli arredi eccessivamente spartani.

Gorgeous property. The grounds are incredible, the room is a good size and the jacuzzi is great. Great staff, very friendly, welcoming & helpful. The restaurant onsite is also amazing, food is super tasty and well priced.

The grounds are amazing!!! The spa with thermal but non sulphurous water is a real treat and the kids loved it. The check in is a bit confusing as if you are staying outside the main building you have to park and go in before lugging bags but would have been fine if communicated more clearly. Restaurant is great ‘morescado’ I think.

The Room was Big, But really hard to take a shower due to the shower being in the spar tub. They did not supply breakfast, You Had the option to buy at 15 euro per person. Lunch if you wanted it was not that good and the staff member serving us at the lunch bar near the hot pools was very impatient, even though there was no other people to serve. There was a problem with there WiFi and the upload just did not work well.
