Très bel hôtel, stationnement grand et sécurité, personnel très aimable. Merci nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Thebprooert appeared quite dated, carpets were all stained. The coffee machine in my room smelled of mildew. The most frustrating issue was the wifi, the signal in the common areas was great, however in the room it was terrible. The reception clerk was kind enough to log me into the "professional" network but it was just as bad, barely 1 barbofbsignal at the desk in my room with numerous disconnections.

Staff friendly doing great job, room large, heating adjustable, kitchen stuff enough not too much, bathroom great. Breakdast wonderful but you have to reserved 24h in advanced .twice we were told sorry not availaible

Great room for the price, staff were brilliant. Breakfast excellent but on the last day they had run out of most of the food which was a shame.

Easy to find good parking and clean

I slept so well every night, it was really quiet. Loved having a kitchenette to sort my own meals. This was a good thing because there is only one restaurant nearby. I think mainly this hotel is for car owners who can travel around easily. There are bus stops 5 minutes walk away, but the buses are not very frequent. However, as I was attending an event at the Palais des Sports, the location was really convenient. But it's a long way out of town.

Not very clean. Fan in bathroom and kitchenette didnt work. Bed ok and nice to have kitchenette although only one tiny trash can in bathroom, none in bedroom or kitchen. Only one set of towels for 2 people. When I asked for more was told they were in closet but werent.

Our dog was attacked multiple times by the local feral cat in the courtyard leading to our room. The reception staff tried to stop attacks but then allowed the cat into reception and fed it with ham. On complaint to the reception manager who shout repeatedly at me it was not their fault our dog was attacked. I felt I couldn’t take my dog out of the room without carrying him to make sure the coast was clear. A terrible experience!!! We booked a disabled room which was on the 3rd floor. No bathroom facilities suitable for disabled at all no hand rails or seat and a shower a wheelchair would not access. Lacking in kitchen ware 1 mug 1 wine glass for 2 people. We have stayed in other all suite many time and found them great. WILL NOT RETURN HERE!!!

good location and very acceptable accommodation for our short overnight stay. Receptionist was very clear and spoke excellent English giving us a very warm welcome. We had to leave very early in the morning and she reminded us to take the gate entry info with us and not leave it in the room with the door key. Have used several times and will use again.

A splendid hotel with friendly and helpful staff; clean room and comfortable bed. Just one small disappointment and that was the size of the towels, which were far from bath size. Will definitely stay here again.

PAU is a fantastic French town with the All-Suites, in the middle of the town centre. If you need parking, I strongly advise you to check availability before booking the accommodation as there are only approx 6 spaces, if you don't book you will be disappointed! There is parking nearby but is charged for length of time, I paid €12 euro for overnight approz 14 hours. Also make sure you have clear directions if driving as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone and you will need instructions on access.

I have stayed at All Suites several times. The room is always very clean, the staff are attentive and very nice. And I appreciate the little gym---a rare amenity in modest accommodations in France.

As before staff very friendly, helpful & professional. Have stayed several times now over the last couple of years, the first time was excellent however it appears that the quality of the studios that were allocated to us over the period has gone downhill in as much that they have got smaller and looking a little tired. This last studio we stayed in lacked the care & presentation that we expected. Must say the shower cubicle was very "compact". AND workmen started repairs in the adjacent studio before 09.00hrs I was woken by a lot of hammering/banging.

Have stayed here several times now for it is convenient, good value for money and lovely staff. Even get a courtesy call previous day to confirm estimated time of arrival.(reception not manned 24hr).Secure car parking. Only comment would be that the towels could be a little bigger, however not a show stopper

Very comfortable and good value for the price. Check in was easy even though we arrived after reception was closed. Staff were very helpful.
