Stay was good I only stayed 1 night but honestly for the price you pay it's worth it. You get oceanfront for cheap but minus the amenities of the resorts. If you can afford it stay at another better resort especially with kids but if you on a budget and don't want to break the bank and want a pool and oceanfront do this.

It was Terrible!! The office is locked up tight!! You have to call a number to check in or out. The property is FILTHY!!! There are no fire sprinklers in the rooms and the fire alarm was not working. There was black mold all over the bathroom ceiling and the doors were so old they didn’t fit properly and you could see the outside. I have lots of pictures as proof!

The paint in the corner of the walls was cracked, the A/C didnt work, some of the rags and towels had stains on them, the balcony door mechanism was rusted and the ice machine was broken. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone

Tried to contact the front desk to turn in my key at check in, nobody answered what so ever. The pictures of the hotel is nothing like the actual rooms. The front floor, you can’t see the beach because it is too overgrown.

I will start by saying employees at the hotel are great, they were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is in horrible condition. We stayed here back in June and the hotel was ok, since the new owners have taken over, they have let everything go. Light outside our room didn’t work, light in stairwell didn’t work, the light on our balcony didn’t work, balcony door didn’t lock, smoke from next room over came through the gaps of conjoining door tremendously. These were just the highlights. Now for the major issues, when I booked this reservation it was to be paid for on arrival, they charged my credit card 4 days before I arrived. The cancelation policy was changed after I had booked. Now for a big concern to us, we booked here for 3 days, they have no cable or wifi, so NO TV!!! This hotel is in really bad condition. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at.

No tv, no WiFi, vending machines didnt work and it was a horrible stay.

arrived at 6 pm to check in. no one at front desk. front desk closed. had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up. the hotel has no cable tv. the inside door handle at room 504 came competly apart on first use. there were no dead bolt locks either.

Only thing good about this place is its location considering the price! Other than that don’t expect this Ocean Front property to whoa you in anyway! Never anyone at the front desk, vending machines didn’t work, rooms need to be updated, and just felt dirty the whole time!

Within 3 minutes of entering the room we killed 6 baby German roaches (mostly in bathroom). My boyfriend took a magazine off the bed, set it down, and turned around to a roach on it 10 seconds later. Staff was unreachable, both by phone and in person. Elevator hasn’t been serviced since 2020. Extremely dirty and unwelcoming place as a whole. We had to leave and book a different hotel. I would love a refund.

Property was totally bad. Carpet torn. Room smelled and felt moldy. No one in office only number to call. Not habitable. Did not stay there. Contacted Travelocity but they you were unable to get help. Moved to new hotel with no help from your site.

First of all we have stayed here two other times a few years ago and the place was much nicer. It has gone downhill since then. This place is a dump. No cable, ice machine out of order, mini fridge doesn’t get cold, half the lights in the room do not work, there are electrical outlets hanging out of the walls, the railing on the balcony were lose and we didn’t feel safe leaning on them, the room smelled bad upon first entering, and we spotted a couple of roaches on our last day. I really hope that this place gets new ownership and gets remodeling or something. We will not be back otherwise.

Everything has been pleasant and great except for small things. The ice machine is out of order but the attendant offered to go get ice for us (however I think her shift ended and we did not get the ice) , the TV was not cable ready so no TV, which is not a big deal got out party, and there is no fridge. Everything else was so wonderful. The employee who checked us in, we could not have asked for any one better or more understanding. She went above and beyond to make our first few hours the best as far as check-ins go.
